Aras Flowers haven't had any luck getting flowers delivered

I ordered flowers on Mar 31, to be delivered April 1, They were paid already by my bank and haven't had any luck getting them delivered. Now they say they should be delivered Sat 4:4. They notified me each day 4/1, 4/2, 4/3 for delivery and I'm afraid they won't be delivered tomorrow. Their excuse is virus but they shouldn't have taken order if it couldn't be delivered the next day. I wanted to send my daughter. And family flowers to cheer them up. They had to put to sleep their 12 yr old dog. Customer Service is horrible because each day they told me it would get delivered. I would rather have my order cancelled and money refunded and order from someone else. This has me so stressed each day I think it will be delivered. Order #6917402.

Aras Flowers flower delivery

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law to receive after her first day back to work after maternity leave. Although I received notification that they were delivered, they were not. I immediately e-mailed since the business was closed. The next day I received and email saying they would look into it. I called later that day and was told nothing could be done until they heard from the designer. That meant I couldn't get a refund or flowers delivered at least until the next day. Next day -- nothing from them so I wrote another email and asked to cancel the order. When someone orders flowers it is usually for a specific day. At this point, they would be delivered 3 days late. I did finally receive my refund. Still no word on what happened. Will never use again.

Aras Flowers Funeral flowers

With delivery the order for my grand daughters funeral came to $132.00. The flowers had less than half the blooms in the picture, no filler flowers, wrong colors, half the gladiola spikes which were all broken and it all looked frost bit and like it was dropped twice and kicked down the street. They wanted a picture when i contacted them, because taking photos at a funeral is ok (seriously). Offered $13.00 off. Horrible company with ####s working the phone. Never got expected full refund.

Aras Flowers Flower delivery

On January 16, 2016, I ordered flowers via telephone for a funeral being held on January 18, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. During the call I twice stressed the delivery needed to occur by 10:00 am and was assured that would occur. My credit card was charged $132.91 for the flowers. On January 18, 2016, at approximately 11:00 am, I checked the website and noted the flowers had not been delivered. I immediately emailed Aras and cancelled the order. A few minutes later I received a form email advising the delivery did not occur and "per our policy" the flowers were being delivered to the family's home. I responded to this email, advised I did not want the flowers delivered to the family's home and instructed them to cancel the order. The flowers were delivered to the family's home at 4:58. I requested a refund from Aras Flowers and was told I could only receive $30 because they had to pay the arranger of the flowers. I advised that was their issue, not mine. I made the order conditioned upon timely delivery and would not have placed the order if I had not been assured timely delivery would occur. I refused the $30, demanded a full refund which Aras refused. A full refund of $132.91 is the resolution I seek.

I ordered some "cheerful" flowers for a dear friend who just buried her mom. I chose a florist near my friends home as I thought they would do a better job and the flowers would be fresher. What I ordered look NOTHING like what she received! I was angry and honestly appalled at what they said a floral designer made-colors were boring, had no shape or scale --certainly not worth $90.00. I complained and the florist actually sent a brand new arrangement! So much prettier and cheerful! They handled it professionally. They did actually pick up the first arrangement a few days before delivering the new one which I thought was tasteless to take flowers our of a grieving home! The final delivery was work my hours on the phone nd countless emails. Thank you Azar for doing the right thing
