Driving lessons and tests
I had paid in advance for driving lessons + one driving mock test + hired car for actual DVLA driving test. The instructor decided by himself that he wants to give me more lessons and booked them without consulting me. I didn't and he claimed that form the money I paid for the above. Now I am being forced by the BSM customer service to book more driving lessons and pay for another mock test and for another hired car for the DVLA test.
Overcharging account!
I signed up for a free CD from growing rich with google. Since then I have been having three different charges show up on my bank statement each month. $39.95 from Growing rich with google. $7.95 from Network agenda and $9.95 from BSM Grantsearch assist. I called BSM Grantsearch assist and found out all three are from the same people.
BMS Grant Writing Assistant have been debiting my card for $4300. Can't find website to use service, never received disc. Can't get a hold of them to cancel. I don't want them to charge me for a nonexistent, (as far as I can tell) service. Anyone have any number to cancel service? The number I called I was put on hold for over 3 hours. I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the services you've been receiving from our company. There are no commitments with the free product. I too was charged 39.95 & 9.95 for my mistake of not reading the really fine print.. when i called customer service, a person named joseph handled my complaint to my satisfaction. Now,we'll see if that gaurantee holds true... customer service #,,,[protected]... have a nice day!
I too was charged first .99 for a GRANT CD, ( by the way, have not recieved) then later a $39.95 charge to my charge card.
When I tried to call the 866 number it gives me another number to call...[protected], oh yeah with a $4.99 charge per call...
PLUS...right after I finished signing up for the CD and went to check my e-mails...I'vbe been getting tons, I mean tons! of junk e-mails...it's ridiculous!
I left a message for that Ryan dude, but don't know if I'll hear from him.
The other 435 number listed in one of the messages here is disconected...what to do? what to do? I was only trying to get some info for my son's college education...
HELP WHERE DID YOU FING THE 3 ? did they stop charging you? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
