Centurion Bank of Punjab Non receipt of statements and no customer care centre number

Hi

My credit card number is [protected]. I have not received my credit card statement for the last 1 year. I have tried calling the customer care numbers enlisted on the CBOP website and the numbers dont exist. I have also tried speaking with the HDFC credit card department and they have asked me to call on the CBOP numbers that do not exist!

Possibly, the amount due would have increased due to the non payment of the amount but can someone please tell me how do I find out the outstanding balance. I also think its unfair to expect the customer to pay the 30-40% interest on overdues without even sending the statement.

We are a clean and reputed company since last 25 years. We opened an acc. regarding financial matters of our company, in the respected bank(Centurion Bank of Punjab). Due to some reason, a business and financial conflict occured between us and the sub-ordinator of the respected bank. The sub-ordinator instead of resolving the conflict politely, misbehaved in an extremely rude and unacceptable manner, as well as showed negligence in work order. As per the situation we decided to close our acc. asap. And just for The sake of revenge the branch manager of the bank MR. SARKAR, remarked our comapny, s acc. as BOGUS GUMASTA, FOR ACC. CLOSING REASONS. Hereby we request to pay manditory heed to our complaint against MR. Sarkar (BRANCH MANAGER .CENTURION BANK OF PUNJAB.NAGPUR BRANCH RECENTLY MERGED INTO HDFC) and the bank as well.

Centurion Bank of Punjab Stupid service

I have opened a new gold a/c with your bank- my a/c no. is mentioned above [protected])
But im not satisfied with the services provided by the bank
The internet banking started after one month of my application- The day when my internet banking started I was so happy and to my surprise when I tried to open the a/c they said that the a/c is frozen..
I mean come on..is the bank so stupid that within one months time it freezes some customer’s a/c without any reason..& I had to go to the Matunga branch 7-9 times to explain what error I was getting..
The employee( Mr.Shree Suddhir) kept on saying that No sir it is functioning from our side until I had to get a printout from my home as a proof..! As if I have all the time in this world to prove that I’m right & I don’t have any other job in this world except for wasting 2weeks time just to open an a/c on the internet! To add to all this mess till date after logging into the bank a/c the login shows some different name in the customer name

The employees at the King's Circle/Matunga(Central) Branch are least bothered about their customers & show no response nor do they have a sense of feeling of helping their customers
I have heard a lot about your bank being the most upcoming bank but im planning to withdraw my a/c if services remain the same..
It seems the way the bank is working its functioning as if its in the year 1930!
To add to all the mess--The website doesn’t function & I have provided the photos of the same!

centurion credit card is useless, just fooling the people, Shortly I am going to consumer court for their useless service. I have cleared my bill then also thy are sending me new bills, i have cleared whole amount. I want to stop my credit card & want to throw my credit card, just tell me the procedure.The customer care useless people are not stopping & closing my account.My account no is:[protected].

VERY WORST SERVICE FROM CENTURION BANK OF PUNJAB.

PLEASE READ MY PROBLEM & SOLVE IF POSSIBLE.

RECENTLY I HAD SEND ONE E-MAIL TO DEBIT CARD INCHARGE OF CBOP BRANCH LOCATED AT CUNNIGHAM ROAD, BANGALORE.

Dear Maruti,

ACCOUNT NUMBER: [protected]

ACCOUNT HOLDER'S NAME: PAULDURAI.R

My debit card damaged on 20th September.

DAY 1: - I have handed over the forms to you. The form details are CBOP vantage 24 debit card reissue/repin form, requisition letter for new debit card, Internet & SMS banking form with my damaged debit card. You have confirmed that the new debit card will come with in 10 days.

DAY 15: - On 11th October the pin number reached my office, as I have mentioned my office address in the form.

DAY 18: - On 14th October I have contacted you on 080 – [protected] and you assured that the debit card will arrive with in 3 days.

DAY 28: - On 24th October I have contacted you again for the debit card & you mentioned that it was dispatched from head office (Mumbai) shortly.

DAY 32: - Then on 28th October when I called you, you told that it was dispatched already & it will be received with in 2 days. But I didn't received.

DAY 35: - I have called you on 31st October to know the status of the debit card but you aren't clear with the status.

DAY 40: - On 5th November you have told that because of migration problem there was a delay on receiving the debit card. I have asked you, as the pin number has been delivered to the same address how come there will be a problem while sending the debit card.
Everyone in office if receiving the pin number & debit card to the same address, why I can't. You have accepted my point. You told, you will confirm in head office & let me know.

DAY 47: - I didn't receive any call back from you that's why I called you on 12th November. You have been told that the card has been sent to my address & then returned back to head office (Mumbai) on 22nd October. I have asked you the reason why the card has been returned. As you aren't sure, you have told that confirm with the head office.

From the discussions we had so far clearly stated that you weren't sure with the things but has told just for the time being.

DAY 53: - When I called you on 18th November, you kept me hold for 5 minutes checked that due to incomplete address card has returned back. Then I remembered you again the pin number have been delivered to the same address successfully. You assured that, you will be sending a e-mail to your head office (Mumbai) regarding my debit card & you added that I will be receiving the card with in 3 days.

DAY 56: - But I didn't receive the debit card as you mentioned. When I called you On 21st November to know the status, you told that it has already been dispatched from head office & it will take 2 days to reach my office.
I have called your mobile number on 24th October more than 10 times but you didn't pickup the call. When I called you again, I noticed that you put the mobile not reachable. Immediately I called your office reception & confirmed that you are available there & also not busy.

DAY 57: - This happened again on 25th November. Hence I called Divya. I explained the things happened to her & requested her to tell me the status of my card. She told me to stay on the line so that, she will discuss the problem with you but I refused because you cannot do anything useful. So I requested her to solve my problem. She replied me that, she will surely do it for me but before that she want to know the current status of my card.

DAY 58: - On 26th November again I contacted Divya to know about the card. She told me that, she has sent a e-mail to the head office. She added that due to bomb blast in Mumbai there is a delay in dispatching card. Once the problem has been solved, the card will be dispatched from head office (Mumbai) & it will reach you with in 3 days. I agreed with her & got the manager personal number for further clarifications.

DAY 66: - I didn't receive the card as mentioned by Divya. Hence I called her again on 4th December. She answered me that, she has sent the e-mail but the manager not yet approved because he is on leave. I have asked her is there anyone who will take decision in the absence of manager. She said only the manager can approved it. I asked her when I will be receiving the card. She told that, she can't tell me the exact duration but it will be dispatched once the manager approves it.

DAY 68: - When I called branch manager on 6th December, he gave me the assurance that the card will reach on 8th December.

DAY 70: - I waited till 8th December evening but I didn't receive the card. When I called him on the same day evening at 5.20PM. He told that, he will give me the details of the Airway & Toket Number after some time. When I called him after some time to get the details but he told me that, he itself didn't receive the details yet.

DAY 71: - Today Morning (9th December) called him again to get the number. He told that, he has sent 3 reminder e-mails regarding this issue but has not received any reply.
I asked him as branch manager if you aren't able to get the details from whom I can get help. When I asked him for the details of the office from where the card will get dispatched. He told me to get the details from the bank website as he don't have any details.

At last he assured me that the card will reach on Thursday (11th December)

I have applied for Internet banking & SMS banking. Even I didn't get any response that too……….

Note:
The maximum processing time for the new debit card is 15days as per CBOP rules & regulations.

God only knows, it may be continued or not.

I have opened a new savings a/c with your bank- my a/c no. is mentioned above [protected])september 2006.

my debit card was damaged on 20th september 2008,
Then immediately i had applied a new card to centurion bank of punjab, cunnigham road
branch, bangalore on 27th september.

I had confirmed the new card processing time of 15d ays with bank officials.

He told confidently, it wont take more than ten days.

After 15 days I had a discussion with debit card incharge Mr.Maruthi, he told it may take two or three days more. I agreed that.

After 20days i got a pin number only.

Still i didnt get new debit card .

today i send 2 emails to Divya also.
She is also not yet replied for my problem.

Centurion bank of punjab service is very very worst .

They don't have a knowledge to satisfy the customer problems.

Please do the needful.

I am expecting a immediate reply.

Loan A/c No. Lofw2011000/09145
The abovesaid loan A/c is running since Nov.2006. Everthing was going smoothly but now in the month of July - 2008, on 19 I surprised to receive a call from your customer care named Ms Neha that installment cheque for Rs.1578 have bounced so please arrange a cash payment. I told Ms Neha very confidently that my cheque never can be bounced as I always keep sufficient amount in the Syndicate Bank A/C & I went to my bank & verified with bank people, they confirmed me no cheque was presented, there is no question of returning the cheque. My no cheque have ever been bounced. I told to Ms Neha O.K. you send your executive I will pay in cash but be careful no check should appear in this month & I paid the same to your executive named Mr Vijay Verma on 22.07.08 vide your receipt no. [protected] dtd.22.07.08. No limit of my surpriseness when I saw my passbook entry that money have been pulled out on 25.07.08 then I against spoken to Ms Neha, she told me that this instalment will be adjusted to the next month & she also assured me not to present any cheque in August month but again did the same, present the cheque & pulled out the money on 18.08.08.

I dont have any kind of relationship with CBOP, but i am getting sms for Loan EMI alert from you bank.It is very rediculous by sending and without any check, your bank is sending me sms alert.Requesting you to pls stop immediately.This sms i am getting since last 3-4 months.Pls give confirmation of the same by sending your letter on my email.

I had used my centurion bank debit card for purchase at Viveks Show Room, Coimbatore. But the transaction failed, the amt was not credited to the the dealer at the same time the amt of Rs.9500/- was debited from my account. Below is the mini statement of my account. Also attached is the letter from Viveks to this effect.

Pls ensure that the amt is credited to my account at the earliest. Also the this issue was intimated to the bank on the very same day, yet there has been no action from your end. The feedback has been very lukewarm. Kindly understand the amt is Rs.9500/- and too huge a amount for me.

As per telecom your explanation is not satisfactory. an amount of Rs.9500 has been debited from my centirion bank savings account by the bank, 45 days is too long period for the amount to be credited back in to my account( which is a bank fault ) this will accrue to fradulent practice by the bank and illegal tranfer of amount from a customers account. ensure to credit the amount immediatly in to my account along with bank intrest for the same from 29th February 2008.

come back with the positive action immediatly, this shows the service of centurion bank in very poor light
