Davronline dismal customer service

I wasn't satisfied with the item, so called for a return-collection & upgrade for something better - in other words I'm still giving them business, but no-one called back. I sent an Email & recorded letter - no reply.
Clearly once they've had your money, customer service goes out of the window.
Do not use this company.

I made a telephone order for stainless steel coil nails at a value of £149.00, the man on the other end was very obliging and helpful with any questions. On the 2 March £262.00 for the nails was taken from our bank account by a company called Teknovate. So far the nails have not arrived and though I have left several messages on the Davronline answer machine no response has been received.

Davronline Non delivery of goods - no refund

Ordered safety boots on next day delivery. Bank account charged immediately. Chased up twice and eventually cancelled after they failed to arrive. They actually arrived 11 days after they were ordered, despite the cancellation. I was forced to return them recorded delivery for a refund and 3 weeks on I haven't received it.

The worse thing about this company, even over and above their ineptitude, is the "customer service" guys attitude. He is extremely rude and will not let you get a word in. So much so that I had to put the phone down on him. He then phoned back to carry on his rant.

Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Trade with them at your peril.

Davronline Deliver failure of goods

After paying for goods, we waited 2 weeks for delivery, after many phone calls (which they did not answer)we decided to e-mail them and they replied on the 6th of nov stating that the goods were not in stock, they stated that they would send 12mm staples instead of 10mm, delivery expected in a few days (ha ha) still waiting after 2 weeks without any correspondance from them, i feel ripped off and i hope no-one else has anything to do with them!

Davronline Fraudsters

Placed order online valued at £475.00 within 5 minutes of order realised I had ordered wrong item. Immediately emailed, and also left ansaphone message apologising for wrong order can they refund amount for item. I rang following day to confirm, spoke to manager who said he would cancel item and arrange refund. Not a word since, have emailed, rung, faxed on countless occasions. no one rings back when you leave message. Can no longer access my account via email, they have blocked it, no one ever answers the phone. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS! Ordered items and paid immediately in good faith and they have still got my money!

I have had problems to he owes me money too! RUDE RUDE MAN try this number - this is for RUDE SIMON [protected]. He seems to answer this number, can't promise it will get you anywhere it hasn't helped me yet but he does answer it! Good luck!
