did not given disbursement cheque after completing all documentation and put me on hold for 5 month
i applied for home loan project is approved by the DHFL, and i submitted all my documents, but after 5 month they are only asking for day by day one and more documents. they are making excuses for not supporting by the builder. their staff are totally fool, only making arguments and telling company policy. staff - accountability is 0, processing fee - high, interest rate sabse jyada in the market, customer dealing - worst,
company policy - only making fool to the customers, no any authorized person taking complain serious.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
