No money back and damaged item
I ordered remote control from the website www.gatehousesupplies.com. My order arrived in damaged condition, but the seller promised money back guarantee within 30 days, but he fooled me. They simply ignored me within these days and only once they replied and promised to transfer money, but nothing happened. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
I will never shop at this site again
Bought a bluetooth garage door opener and it didnt work correctly I asked for help from customer service and recieved the response" go to your manual and locate the manufac telephone number?" Really? I wouldn't buy a tv from best buy and a week have a problem and go directly to the manufac, and at least send an email thats polite ? at the end like I'm a ###? I will never shop the site again.

I never received my items. i do not have a problem receiving mail/packages at my address. when i contacted gatehouse they basically said F*** Y**, we mailed it. there is no insurance.
