Hancock Diabetes & Endocrine Center Unethical behavior

I worked for this company and a couple of weeks after working for them certain staff members started complaining and making trouble for me.
It started getting worse because I was being extremely disrespected and
demeaned at work everyday. My hours was cut in my training period and it
interfered with my training time along with me being half trained on the job
to set me up for failure. When I mentioned this to the Dr. the Director and Medical Assistant called me in a meeting to tag team and come against the
complaint I stated, they tried to force me to take back my statement and I
would not take it back but stood my ground on what I said about me being
half trained. I started to feel trapped and very uncomfortable in that room with them because they did not have my best interest in mind and I said meeting is over I need to get out of here and they kept me in there until I signed that form. The next day I RESCINDED my signature due to me being under Duress and Mental Anguish from Helen and Director Vicki, and I gave Vicki, a copy of my Rescinded signature and I was harassed all that morning until I resigned 08/18/2016. There is some serious upper management problems and also Vicki, liked to reprimand me in front of other staff members and this should be done in private. Vicki, falsely accused me of having fake certification in that meeting and I was appalled and felt disrespected again because I worked hard in college to get my certification and it was a great accomplishment for me. Vicki, told staff members I resigned because I could not keep up and that is not the truth I resigned due to harassment, lack of training, lack of leadership, lack of teamwork, poor communication and poor senior Leadership. I was even blocked from doing my job by Providers and Vicki, laughed at a patient care I provided and that was very unprofessional and insensitive, also is was a put down of my medical care I provided for that patient. Vicki Hancock, stated she figured I had certain limitations however, she still treated me with contempt and cruelty knowing she should have went another way in my training. This company have a HIGH TURN OVER RATE because staff members quit a lot due to some of the same problems I mentioned. If you start working for them do not trust Helen, Tiffany or Vicki due to lies, unethical behavior and unprofessional-ism.

Hancock Diabetes & Endocrine Center Mistreatment and abuse

Vicki Hancock, which is suppose to be a director over the medical practice is a bully, rule with an iron fist, controlling, rude, and very disrespectful to her adult workers. Only half of the practice have a voice to speak and the other half of the staff is disregarded and repeatedly disrespected. This medical practice have a high turn over with staff due to lack of respect and retaliation. Vicki, have a way of making her staff feel like idiots and that they are not intelligent to do their jobs. Vicki, is unethical with her staff and should be taken to the labor board due to harassing her staff and inflicting psychological terror to her employees. DO NOT WORK for the medical office because you will become her next victims because she will lie on you and switch your words around. Dr. Hancock, need to FIRE his wife because she is bringing down his medical practice.
