paid off loan
I received a loan online and got it paid off in February 2009 I moved they have never sent me a final statement saying it is been paid all I have are my bank statements proving time and time again with several collection agencies that it is paid off and about every six months or so a new collection agency tries to threaten me yet again I am getting sick and tired of it. Even the bank that I do not have an account with anymore can still vouch and back me up on this that it has been paid the account stayed open along after the account was paid off there were no other loans taken out from this company but yet they have tried to come at me with it
taking me to court
This company has nasty, rude and threatenin people calling me from [protected] that will not identify themselves. States I have a civil action against me from Impact Cash dating back to 2007, which I never received "anything" in the mail and now am getting a call that I owe them $3000.00 for a $200 payday loan dating back from 2007. They are coming to my work, placing a judgment against me, dragging me to court and not once did I receive any paperwork. Not once did I receive a phone call prior, not once did this show up on my credit report. Their customer service is very rude, threatening and even called me a [censored]. Never again. They current changed their name to SpotON because they did not have a license to practice business in certain states. What does that tell you about this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I mailed them my final loan payment and over paid them $300 because I counted my last payment that I had already sent. What do I do? ~Steph
I have received a call today from the firm - indicating that their "plaintiff" Impact Cash is preparing a subpoena to serve me for a $300 loan I did not take out. they threatened subpoena, indicated they hired a "locater" and refused to send any documentation to help me verify the loan was accurate. I agreed to pay, if I could see the documentation that this was my loan - and was told they would only send me a document outlining my agreed "restitution" agreement. When I asked why they were using words like "plaintiff" and "restitution" they told me because they were preparing to take me to court, and this was the law and the process. I again told them I am willing and able to pay the amount due, and simply need some documentation outlining that I authorized this loan. A copy of a signed document, bank account number deposited into, dates, amounts, agreement copy. They refused. REFUSED. and told me they would see me in court. she closed by saying "good luck". so my quesiton is this - have they taken anyone to court? Is a $300 bill worth a locator? and process server? and court, what court? sueing me for $300 is small claims court. Seriously? It sounds to me like this is a threat trying to scare people into paying a bill they don't owe.

They will tell you all kinds of misleading information stay strong and how your ground you tell them to contact you by mail of this nature that suppose to had taken place as well dont call back, and be sure to take down dates and time these people of no sense calls. and last but not least educate your self by getting TITLE 1.6c. FAIR DEBT COLLECTIONS PRACTICES ARTICILE1. GENERAL PROVISIONS [protected].3 THESE DOCUMENTS WILL HELP YOU ON HOW FAR THESE FLASE PERSONA SUPPOSE TO GO, SURE THEY WILL KEEP ON WITH THE CALLS BUT YOU JUST KEEP LETTING THEM KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE AND IF YOU DO HAVE TO GO TO COURT WHICH I SURE WONT HAPPEN BE SURE TO BRING ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS ON THE THIRD PARTY CALLS THEY HAVE MADE BECAUSE THEY AREN'T SUPPOSE TO DO THIS AS WELL, SO TO ANYONE WHO IS BEING THEARTEN DON'T CURSE THEM OUT. YOU ARE UP ON YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER AND THEY CAN GO TO HELL.
I completely agree! they called me yesterday on july 20th. saying that i was a reference to a loan for my uncle...we have no idea waht they are talkin about. they yelled and cursed at me. saying we were going to court and all kind of crap. its weird
fraud payday loan company
Received a payday loan for 200 dollars cannot seem to find their website to see how much I have to pay back unable to find a number where I can reach this company. Impact cash has all my banking information do and donot know how much they will debt from my acct
