Jacklin Enterprises Will never purchase from them again

I ordered Ben 10 merchandise in Nov 2009 hoping to receive it in time for xmas. I have still not received anything and they continued debiting my account. After numerous emails and calls, they did confirm that nothing was delivered. I am still waiting for a refund. TERRIBLE customer care and accounts depts!

Will NEVER purchase from them again.

Long story short, I ordered 4 binders from supplier. In have been chased from pillar to post.The consultants do not deal with the non-delivery, other than to pass the ball along. To get priority mail as was suggested I even deposited an amount for this and was promised speedy delivery. I am still waiting and have demanded a refund and no one deals with the...

Jacklin Enterprises Account handed over despite goods not received

On 31st January 2009 Jacklin Enterprises deducted an amount of R117.93 from my Standard Bank account without my consent. A few days later I received a package of books, which I accepted, although I did not order them. Then in June 2009 I started receiving threatening letters that I owe them another R117.93 for a second package of books they claimed to have sent to me, which I never received. Despite my protests & e-mails I sent to a person called Franco Valioti, explaining that I never received another package & therefore do not owe them any money, they kept on sending me letters of demand. I asked them to check with the post office as to who received & signed for this 2nd package of books. My requests fell on deaf ears. I have also lost count of a number of times I have asked them to remove my name from their mailing list. It was with shock & dismay when I received a call yesterday from Edith from a Debt Collections company called NRB Risk Solutions who informed me that my account has been handed over. Can you please help me resolve this? I DO NOT OWE JACKLIN ENTERPRISES ANY MONEY! I NEVER RECEIVED A SECOND PACKAGE OF BOOKS! THEY MUST REMOVE MY NAME ASAP!

The same happened to me.I received my first 2 "free gift" books, and never received books again.I have phoned teh call centre countless times, cancelled my subscription, actually paid for the free books to just get rid of Jacklin, sent proof of payment, and still get notices advising me that I am being handed over. Now they claim that I received books which were nto returned. I have NEVER received books, they can never let me speak to a manager (one of their consultants actually dropped my call as i INSISTED that I speak to a manager and was not going to go away), they can never give me a reference number for my calls to them, so I have no proof that I spoke to their consultants either. And stupid me, I didn't note down names, dates and times - inbetween a hectic job and small baby, I really don't need this. I see there are so many similar complaints about them on Hello Peter and elsewhere.How can this company be allowed to operate?
