Loss Mitigation Services Loss mitigation

I just want let everyone know that if you are dealing with this office you should be really careful. Because they are just promiseing that they are modifing your loan and they don't do nothing about it they promise me that my case was going to take 5 to 6 weeks and it's been over 3 months already. The other day I went to see Lisa and told that my case was close that i was now ready modify my loans.But I meet some people their saying that they had lost their homes and they went into foreclosure and i realize that she was not doing the right thing. I realize that I better get into contact with the bank and ask them if she was working on my case to modify and they told me that they never heard from this person and i call the bank for a whole week an asked and they would tell the same thing. So i went down to their office and asked them for my money back and MIke the broker told me that they didn't have no funds. So please people open your eyes an check with the bank the status of your case. I meet 3 people their house went into foreclosure and she didn't do nothing about it. So who ever you know just let them know was going on in this office. She needs to be investegated for all the scams she is doing.

Loss Mitigation Services Fraudsters and cheaters

I called Loss Mitigation Services from a flier I received in the mail. I was in financial trouble and was behind on my mortgage. The flier looked like it was from my lender so I thought it was ok. The representative told me that they process the application for my lender, so I went along with it and filled out the application with all the paperwork they asked for. The next day the review department called me and said that i was approved and they needed 3, 600$ to start the modification. I paid it. When I asked what the 3, 600 was for the review manager Leighton Ward said it was a fee that 'incurred' from my lender. It's been 4 months now and nothing was going on, I called almost everyday and spoke a another person name Paul Valdez and he kept telling me same thing that my lender is reviewing it. So I started to wonder why did approve me in the first place if my lender still was reviewing it. I am so stressed out from this whole thing and I called my lender to see if they approved me yet, and they said they never got anything from me or the company. I felt so betrayed and disappointed because I trusted them to help me with my loan and I was told that they work side by side with my lender; and that if I tried it myself my application would get rejected. At this point I am going to lose my home. I am going to look at this as a learning experience. I am going to go to the attorney general's office and report this SCAM. I urge anyone who is in the same boat as me to contact your attorney general, this is the only way to stop this company from taking advantage of vulnerable homeowners.

LMS Loss Mitigation Services charged $3995 to do a loan modification with the promise of a full refund if they are not successful. They say that the entire process is 30-60 days. after 6 months LMS could not get me a loan modification, continued to tell me it was taking so long because they were backed up with to many clients etc. I requested a refund...
