complaint for abusive advertising and for abusive use of banking data
Some of downloads proposed before inscription on the Internet site www.megaflixpass.com are not all available, They’re using abusive advertising.
I never received confirmation for the trial period I asked.
They sent me an order confirmation of upgrade I had not asked and I was billed for an amount of 44, 6 USD not corresponding to the probation period (3-day trial) suggested on the site www.megaflixpass.com, they use a second kind of abusive advertising and an abusive use of my banking data.
I received a lot of mails from you after the cancellation of my subscription and the confirmation of this cancellation.
Consequently:
- I’ve send a complaint to Bank Card Company for abusive advertising and abusive use of banking data from www.megaflixpass.com (by meibox.net).
- I’ve send at that company all the copies of your e-mails.
- I also asked by Visa International for an order to you of refunding of the amount of 44, 6 USD.
But which thinks that I will recover one day my money :-(
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i pay for a membership and i am not a member
i payed for membership and i am not a member... also when i payed for the downlown it made me pay into a different site instead of the site i wanted to be a member with.
i did not get a reciept or email from this site?
i payed $4.75 and i cannot cancell my membership?
it will charge me $97 per month now without my consent?
now i cannot sign in to the site i wanted to download a file from.
i saw in google that this same site is scamming people everywhere around the world and if so - why is that site still active and scamming people i'd like know question?
why dont anyone shut that site down - and how can i make inquiries about doing this?
