Refilled Balance Disapeared
On 3/25 I refilled a balance on MP3 Panda to $20 (my credit card statement shows 19.95 and looks like GRC*PROACTIV SO 800 03/24U R* GRC*). I proceeded to download a couple of songs but then haven't visited the account since. When I logged back in recently I was surprised to see a negative $3.46 in my account. Where did this money go and is my credit card info secure? Please look into this and refill my balance. [protected]@hotmail.com
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
FRAUD
Went to check my bank account and noticed a charge from mp3panda.com I have never been on that site. Does anyone know if this is connected to pandora.com the pick your song radio selection?
