Nespanza fake LV bag

MY POOR HUSBAND PURCHASED A LV TIVOLI GM HAND BAG AND WALLET FROM NESPANZA IN JANUARY. HE WAS SO EXCITED HE GOT SUCH A GREAT DEAL ON LV...HE GAVE ME THE WALLET AND PURSE AS A LATE CHRISTMAS PRESENT TO ME. AS SOON AS I SAW IT I KNEW IT WAS NOT REAL. I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO HIM BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT HIM TO THINK THAT I WAS UNGREATFUL. I KNOW HE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY OVER $1400.00 ON THESE ITEMS. ANY WAY THE STITCHING IS COMING APART AND THE BRASS FOOT RESTS HAVE FALLEN OFF.

do you still have the receipt? proving that it was bought..take it back to where he bought it and tell them he was sold a fake..there are laws against selling fakes in most states..file a police report on it..get a lawyer you can get your money back..and the place that sold you that will be in big trouble..its called copyright infringement

Nespanza scam/rip-off

After looking around for Louis Vuitton handbags, I was feeling very confident about the company NESPANZA and decided to place an order for a LV handbag and wallet for $1232 late Friday evening PT on May 01, 2017. They claim to have authentic LV handbags, have money back guarantee, and pride themselves on customer satisfaction. Immediately, my credit card was charged on the same evening but they are closed for the weekend after Friday at 4:30 pm ET. After searching some more on the web, I read these scam stories and decided to cancel my order. On Saturday AM, I e-mailed the company to cancel the order knowing that they were closed. On Monday AM (05/04/09), I contacted the company right away and spoke to a rep. by the name of Rita. I felt suspicious immediately by the way she answered the phone. It was not professional. She only gave me her name after I asked for it. She told me that the order has not been shipped out and she will send me an e-mail to confirm the cancellation and that it would take 7-10 business days to credit me back for the full amount charged. Well, I believed her and waited. Meanwhile, I did contact my Discover card company and they said that they could not do anything in the meantime until I have taken care of the matter first with the company and there is a problem. Well, on Friday May 15, 2017, I contacted the company and the same person answered the phone. I told her I have not received an e-mail from them and my info. on their website continues to say that my order has been shipped/charged and the UPS tracking number that they assigned is a non-function one. She did not allow me to finish and asked me for my order number and placed me on hold. I was on hold for about 15 minutes and when she camed back on, she pretended that there was a bad connection and hung up on me when I could here her loud and clear. I called back and she said that they were experiencing some problems with their phones. I have never heard of this from a reputable company. I told my same story again and she said that she will look into it and call me back within one hour. After waiting for 1 1/2 hour, I decided to call the company back because they would close soon. This time she told me that she will credit my credit card back on Monday 05/18/09 (the 10th business day since I cancelled the order).
I waited until the end of the day on Monday and checked my credit card; no actitivity. I already had a feeling about this and decided not to call them back. I contacted my Discover credit card on Tuesday 05/19/09 and told them that I have done my part trying to get my money back from the company and it doesn't look like they will do anything. I asked Discover if there is anything that they can do for me on my behalf since this is a scam/fraud. Discover credited my account back for the amount and is now investigation into this matter. Please tell everyone you know NOT TO SHOP WITH NESPANZA. They need to go out of business and not be able to continue to scam more innocent victims out there. They also need to be prosecuted for these illegal activities!

BUYERS BEWARE! I PURCHASED AN LV BAG FOR 575, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY WARNING SIGN BUT I BOUGHT IT ANYWAYS AFTER ALL THE RATTLE THAT " YES IT IS THE REAL THING. I RETURNED THIS BAG SO FAST, AFTER I GOT A BAG THAT WAS FROM THE FLEE MARKET. THE WORST OF ALL, THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY AFTER 60 DAYS. THEN, I CALLED MY BANK, I GOT MY MONEY WITHIN 8 HRS. IAM SURE THEY DID NOT WANT TO FIGHT THE BIG "GUYS". IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS A FAT LIE! I LATER BOUGHT THE ORIGINAL OF THIS JUNK FOR 2500, MONEY WELL SPENT.

Nespanza fake goods

This company claims to sell authentic products from the European
designers.I purchased a Louie Vouitton bag and was toldby a rude
salesperson that it was from Paris~slight flaw and was therefore
at Nespanza.(they buy all irregulars directly) The bag was the
worst knock off ever;cracked plastic rim, cheap, ill fitted felt lining.
NOT EVEN A GOOD FAKE.How do companies get away with this?
Also, the box was labled with a vague address, not a company one.
The phone # on the return label was disconnnected.

I purchased an "authentic louis vuitton handbag with slight irregularities" from Nespanza.com. The handbag was COMPLETELY FAKE! The multicolor speedy had the LV's stamped on, the serial number was in the inncorrect spot(it was not stamped on the microfiber inside to pocket, which it is supposed to be), the gold brass looked very cheap! DONT GET FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY! THEY SELL NOTHING BUT FAKES! I know what authentic handbags look like and this one is definitely fake; not irrgeular; not authentic. They claim that the bags are made in Europe and are shipped here to the US because in the US they destroy irregular handbags and in Europe they dont. Well...the point is dont make the mistake of buying these fake handbags! The old saying "Its too good to be true". To be safe I disputed the purchase with the credit card company. I will have my $389 back! Thats ridiculous to pay that much for a FAKE! Let alone any money!

I totally agree! Same thing here! Although I called my credit card company and they are taking it off my credit card. Im not dealing with them trying to get my money back in 30 days. The credit card company told me to just send it back asap and they would refund me in 2 days! Thanks VISA! NESPANZA.com, needs to be shut down! They false advertise, claiming everything to be authentic! What a JOKE!

I also ordered a hand bag for almost close to retail and it turned out to be fake! Took me 2 month to get my refund! Someone needs to shut this place down! They are selling poor quality knock offs for almost retail. They try to make it seem legit by having customer feedbacks on their page, either these customers don't exist or their blind!

Nespanza Awful company

I purchased 2 Louis Vuitton handbags from this website because after reading their website and feeling confident that I could return them based on their 15 day money back guarantee, I felt I didn't have anything to lose.

One bag was for me and one was a gift. The one that was a gift looked poorly made and I decided I return it for a refund. I returned it with delivery confirmation which the company received on 3/5. According to this company's records they did not get it until 3/16 because that is when the shipping dept checked it in. I still have not received my credit and was told it could take 30 days and to be patient.

The bag I bought for myself I learned was fake and therefore sent that back also. It was received in their office on 3/12 and their shipping dept still has not 'checked it in' and therefore I have no idea when it will be or when I will get my refund.

I have tried speaking to their customer service dept. including a manager by the name of Melissa to try and get a better clarification of their refund policy, but instead received unprofessional, condescending, hostile and abrasive treatment by her. I asked to speak to her manager because I was extremely shocked at the way she was speaking to me, but instead I was told she is the manager and there was nobody else I could speak to. I allowed her to get away with this in fear I would not receive my credit.

I was then told by another one of their customer service reps that they have thousands of shipments a day and make their shipments their #1 priority. If they have time they then handle the refunds. Therefore I have no idea when I will get my credit. I continue to check my account everyday, but I still have not received anything.

Before anybody else gets ripped off by this company, somebody needs to take action so that other consumers who are thinking about purchasing from them are protected. This company should really be investigated and held responsible for their false advertisements.

I too bought a LV wallet and it was fake - totally made of plastic and smelled like one. I have proof from the Postal office they got the item back since late May and I still have not received my refund. The same lady I've been speaking w/ was not hostile, but just kept telling me that the refund was "issued". The latest one "it was processed last night". Anyway, I've already requested my credit company to push for a dispute on the money and now they will go after Nespanza. My guess is that they will take a automatic credit from Nespanza and hope it will go smoothly! To potential Nespanza viewers, don't buy anything from them !

I am just letting you guys know that I just got off the phone with these folks also. I agreed to exchange and after paying $18 to UPS, they told me for 3 days they would ship out my replacement, but after calling THEM they still would not ship out my exchange until they received the original on their end...I told them forget it, I was tired of messing with them. I told I wanted a credit TODAY and they said I would have to talk to a manager named Tracey and I said no, I would just file a dispute with my credit card company. People you can do this, this is what you pay your credit card company for, it's your money. When you file a dispute, it "marks" the company for that credit card and it will flag for future card holders.
By the way, the bag I received was a VERY good bag, perfect image of a "real" LV

Yes! That lady is very rude, and she is there all the time. I called this company a couple of times about my return and she kept saying that they will need 3 to 5 days to check my package at the shipping center and they were suppose to email me about the return. After that they were to refund me my money in 30 days, I called the u.s postal service and they told me that the package arrived on the 18th of may 2009, now it's the 28th of may 2009, it has been over 5 business days... and I have not recieved any emails about my package or my refund from the company.

Oh my goodness! I am so thankful to you all for sharing your experiences!...you just saved me from ordering a handbag. I was skeptical after calling the 1800 number & speaking with an incredibly rude woman. I was simply confirming the information on their site (return policy, authenticity, etc.) & she was incredibly rude. That prompted me to look into this company further & that's when I found your testimony's. THANK YOU once again. Best of luck to you all in getting your refunds!

Hey guy, I bought 2 handbags and it was FAKE. I just send it back to the Shipping Center in Brooklyn New York. They said it took them 3 to 5 days to check the product in or something. I am scared that it will pass 15 days of return policy. I email them, and I didn't heard anything yet.

If I found out this Complaint Website earlier I wouldn't have bought this 2 handbags. Because on their website whereone post on comments that this website is 100% authentic and whereone give possitive feedbak too. So I fell confidence buying it. Now I am scared.

That's why guy's we have to be careful..co'z I remember according by the fox news few years ago.lots of ripped off sites are thieves, and when the time youre asking for refunds..they we're act ###s, arrogant, liar and gezz they will keep saying, sorry for the inconvenience etc."So, if i wear u people..better to spend a few more dollors than paying for nothing"what waste sites!

I just got one too and it is a FAKE. Not even a good fake. I have asked them for return authorization but so far no response. We are all probably stuck with either fake bags or no refund -- I'm not sure which is worse...

I just purchased handbag and it is fake one. After I read this message, I am scared that I cannot get my money back. We should report this site to some legal corp. to prevent further damage.
