Personal Touch Bed Warranty is useless and I can't change the damaged mattress

I bought mattress from Personal Touch Bed. I got the damaged mattress, but the seller told me that I bought warranty as well. I decided to use this warranty, but the rep suddenly refused and started to provide some fake and useless excuses. The worst services and not recommended company. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.

Personal Touch Bed Pain in my back

Personal Touch Bed sold me a mattress. I want to ascertain that they promised me 100% money back guarantee within 60 days. I returned the mattress after a month as I started suffering pain in my back. I tried to contact this company numerous times and they left all my emails without answer.

They went out of business because of the manufacturer BOYD Specialty Sleep kept sending out faulty materials for Personal Touch Bed to sell, when they found out they closed the company. The company no longer exists. They declared bankruptcy Which is why no one has responded to your emails.. no one works there. You have 90 days after your purchase to do a dispute with your credit card company to get all your money back. It's what I had to do.
