winter pool cover
I ordered a winter pool cover, and 4' x 8' pillow. The site advertised a "free" winter chemical kit as well. On top of that, I paid the extra fee for quicker expedition. I never received order confirmation to my email (not in spam either). I opened a ticket, and never received a response. 4 days later, (Monday), I called them. I referenced the above, and was told the warehouse has the order. I would receive my items by Friday. Nothing arrived. I called the next Monday and was told it was shipping that day. 2 days later, I receive only the cover. And it was drop shipped, not at their warehouse. Then, I find out the cable for the cover is not the right length. Today, I tried calling again. It was 4:15 eastern, the recording states they are closed, but the hours are until 5. I had opened a ticket over the weekend, cancelling the pillow and requesting refund. They actually responded, stating all they could do was ship the pillow, no refund for expedition though. I replied again that I need a refund or I will file complaint with my credit card co. They replied again, insinuating I received the pillow and am lying. Regarding the short cable, they told me to go buy it since I am complaining to my card company.

Do not purchase from this company. I have just been in contact with Reggie who claims he is a Manager. I received a defective pool cover. It had a hole in two places. I found this out the day I was closing my pool when I opened the box. I sent him the same pictures that I have attached here showing that it was clearly defective when I opened it. Since my pool was cleaned and full of chemicals, I "patched" the cover and I had to install it. I asked for another cover. He said he could not do that unless I returned the one that was bad. I asked to have him send me a new one and I will send that one back and he said that he had to have my bad one first which means I would have to "open" my pool again and send it back and wait for them to send me a new piece of junk and then close it again. I asked for a phone number to talk with someone and he said that I had to respond through their email system.
Buyer beware, , , look at their reviews, I should have done that first.

We ordered a pool reel, canceled within 24 hours. The reel was then shipped after we cancelled, our credit card was charged the full amount and no refund for 3 months. The refund was less shipping and 25% restocking. So we paid $45 to return unopened and then were charged $44 for their shipping plus $85 to restock what shouldn't have been shipped in the...
