credit card
They are threatening to seize my accounts and a warrant for my arrest if I don't pay them now. I have no clue who they are, and threatening me for 275 dollars sounds a bit much and extreme for such a small amount of money. They've called me before I asked for more info said they were not inclined to give me such info. They stopped cAlling for awhile now they are calling again with threats.
collection of fake debt
They called my phone to say that a debt with a MasterCard through Bank of Delaware was suing me for defrauding a bank (2/13/18). They threatened to send a police officer to my residence to pick me up and when it finally went to court I would have to pay more than triple the amount owed. But if it was paid immediately, right then only, it would only be $545. With the fear of having police involved, the amount was paid. Once I was able to verify this was a debt I did not have, I called them back (2/16/18). He told me the debt was between 2000 and 2012, which could have been true because I was going through an ugly divorce at that time. However, upon further examination, I had no such creditor on my credit report. I did apply for a similar card in 2018 and I can only assume that is how they were able to get my information. I emailed asking for a return of my money but I have not received a reply (2/26/18).
