All Inclusive Package
We purchased our SMVC package 3 years ago and was able to use it for our European vacation in London, which was very nice but cost lots of options. Recently we want to go to Mexico but found out that the all inclusive deal is not part of the VC package. To add all-inclusive to the deal, it will cost $82 a person a day so it will end up more expensive than getting these all inclusive travel deal with COSTCO or SAM's club. Its ok to trade it in for RCI but it does not make sense they will charge their VC member for all inclusive when the whole resort is all inclusive anyway.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Refused confirmed reservations
I paid to exchange Sol Melia options for MAS points and had a confirmed reservation for friends at Gran Melia Cozumel. Upon arrival, they were told there was no availability and no record of reservations. After presenting confirmation e-mails, speaking with Sol Melia management and hotel staff, my friends were forced to find other accomodations in the area...
