Spanos Imports reviews and complaints

Three service managers in 3 months. One was on his way out when we bought our car. New manager tried to fix problems with car that were present the day we drove car home after purchase. He was unsuccessful. Then they sent the car out to be fixed. That was unsuccessful. Then I left the car for a week. They put over 1, 000.00 miles on the car while in their care. Unsuccessful again. Never did they have a loaner car for me. I rented a car which Spanos said the would reimburse me for. They still have not. They called and said my car was ready and fixed. I drove the hour to pick it up and return the rental car. After returning the rental and calling them to pick me up at the airport where I had to rent the car. They said my car wasn't ready! Had to take car to Mercedes Benz of South Orlando. They fixed a bunch of the problems and diagnosed what Spanos was doing wrong. Warranty would not pay for problem to be fixed again by another dealership. Had to go back to spanos. They were so rude to us!

Now on the 3 service manger and just left Spanos. Hoping my car is now fixed. We tried to reach owners so they could make good on their reimbursement promises they will not talk to us. Wimps and thieves! Wont make another buying mistake at Spanos.

Spanos Imports in Daytona Beach Florida sold me a car for 26k cash and presented as a high quality used car that had been inspected and free of defects. Immediatly upon delivery, the car began to have systematic failures that have cost nearly $3, 000 to repair. 6 trips to fix the problems which ultimatly had to be made by a Mercedes Dealer. Terrible customer service. Once they get your money, they are done with you. The managment at Spanos Imports, Daytona Beach will tell you that the owners are the only ones who can help you and the owners, Alex and Victor Spanos will hide from you. They will catch you up in a cycle to wear you down in hopes you will give up.
