Service
We have been to Thailand last week between 6-14th February and visited Bangkok and Koh Samui. I am from Turkey . I traveled 9 hours for this holiday. I admire your Thailand as a country and a culture. Unfortunately our holiday has been ruined by The Nook Pratunam Hotel(the hotel name and contact below). We had a reservation at this hotel at 12-14th February. We arrived sort of late afternoon on 12th. There was a little boy and a lady I guess his mother on the reception. We hardly checked in because of language problems. Little boy helped us. When we entered the room we saw that it was not the room we saw on the website and booked. The room was supposed to be family room since I was travelling with my sister and brother. I rang the reception and wanted to speak to manager and I spoke this guy called Frederic who said he is Belgium. That was the horrible conversation. I said that was not the room I booked. Frederic said the air condition of the room I booked had not been working. Of course it is turned out to be a lie. They sold the room someone else. He said to me '' be a good girl and accept the room you can not get something more than that'. I was shocked and warn him to be careful with his language. Unfortunately he carried repeating this kind of speech and loughing loudly. We left the hotel find somewhere else and spent hours an hours for that and also pay a lot of money for the new hotel and taxi. I am 40 years old decent women and and had my sister and brother accompanied with me on this holiday. I traveled all around the world all my life and stayed too many different kind of hotels from the hostels to 5 star ones. This is the first time in my life I experinced this kind of outrages. I do not know this Frederic is owner or staff. Either way this kind of people shouldn't be in tourism industry because they are the represantative of your country. As far as I know ''respect'' is very important for your culture. I still feel sick about what he said to me and all our holiday was ruined.

Worst customer service possible
The Barnes and Noble Nook has the WORST customer service on the planet. You can get on their "chat" help line, but they disconnect you in the middle of the problem--for this problem I was just disconnected EIGHT (8) times in the middle of the discussion, and got the same rep (Myra) TWICE. I never got to disconnect--all the sessions timed out when they failed to respond. I could not get a supervisor (this is Monday, work hours), and the best the CSRs could come up with was "try again later." My Nook will only download for 2 seconds, then stops and you must re-initiate--meaning 50 or 60 taps to download about 10 ebooks. I couldn't be more disguested and will NEVER do business with B&N again.
