I had a gentleman who saw me looking for some bids on having a very fancy Patio and block pathway leading to the patio built in my backyard along with a nice size swimming pool which the pathway also would lead to. I had gotten a total of six bids before this man approached me. He had introduced himself as Mr. West, but he told me that I could call him T. West. I was surprised when he gave me a bid for the whole job, Pool, Patio, and Pathway of $2300.00, which was about half of what was the next lowest bid. Man I thought wow, this guy must be either crazy, or he was doing it at that price because he was trying to be very kind. He told me that he could have it all done in two months, which meant my wife, kids and me would be able to go swimming by the first of Summer. My whole family was excited and told me to please let Mr. West do the job.He told me that he could get it started the following week, he wrote up a contract for the job and he had me sign it. He told me he would need all the money up front, I asked him why he was doing such an enormous job for such a real low price, which he replied that he was a pastor, and his Church was always trying to do things that would be pleasing to God, and he said that doing jobs for the lowest ammount was pleasing to God. He told me that his group specialized in building Patios, Pools and Block pathways. He told me that his group would be able to build what I wanted, and it would be like a 100 times better then any of my neighbors. He even told me that he would even throw in Tiki oil lamps that would light the pathway at no extra cost. Of course I jumped on his bid and made a check out to him for $2300.00 and handed it to him. He asked me if it would be alright if he could stay with my family over night, because it was getting late, and that it was Five Hour drive home. I asked my wife, and she said it would be alright with her, with him being a Pastor and all.He even told my wife to please let him cook the dinner, and since I was the person who did most of the cooking, I was glad to be able to take a break for one evening. T. West and me went to the grocery to get the makings for Dinner, and he would not even let me pay for the food. He cooked some of the best tasting BBQ Ribs that I had ever tasted, it even tasted better then my BBQ Ribs.Along with the Ribs, he also made some home made BBQ Sauce to go on the Ribs.He said that before becoming a Pastor that he was a Five star Restraunt head chef. Man let me tell you what after tasting the great meal he prepared, I wasn't surprised with what he told me. He said that the Lord told him in a dream to give up that job and to begin a Minstry. He said he had been all over the world as a Missionary building different things in different Countries. He said that after 5 years in the Missionary field he had decided he wanted to become a Pastor. After Dinner he asked me if it would be alright if he turned in for the night, I showed him to our guest room and he went in. My Family and me went to bed shortly after him. Believe it or not I woke up to the smell Eggs and Bacon cooking down in the kitchen, along with Fresh brewed coffee filling the air.I walked into my kitchen and there was T. West slaving away at the stove, as I walked in he handed me a cup of fresh hot coffee. He said I hope you don't mind with me cooking Breakfast, which I replied he really didn't have to do all that for us, which he replied, it was the least he could do for us. After Breakfast he said that he really needed to get going, so that he could start getting things together to get the job started. Well a few weeks passed and we had to call him and asked when we were to expect him and his group, we ended up getting a answering machine saying that he would return the call as soon as possible. We waited two more weeks and there was no sign of Mr. West or any of the group that was going to do the Job. When i called the number he gave me I ended getting some junk yard, that they never of Mr.West. I happened to decide to do a Google Search on this jerk to find that he had a few complaints of him being a scammer on this site. Man, please don't let this happen to you by T. West or anyone like him. I had worked hard for that money, and I threw it away by hiring this jerk, and no swimming pool patio or block pathway.

This guy is a crook! I gave him a $1, 400.00 deposit to remodel the bar in our basement. After three months of excuses and no work, I requested my deposit back. He kept telling me the check was in the mail, then skipped town with my money. Con Man watch out will take your money and leave job site and never come back, Pushes you into things you don't want, will steal materials from your job site for other jobs, fast talker and vague estimates so he can CON you, Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. him no good people just waiting to scam you! They are willing at first but then screw you bad in the end along with terrible construction skills and the poorest quality of materials. The pictures are all fake on his site he just drove around and took some pictures and claim them as ones he built, I would not let him on the place and you will be sooo far ahead! His name is Theautries West, if he resurfaces at your door...run!
