www.eleoem.com Don't pay money. Their insurance is fake

My friend ordered Samsung phone from www.eleoem.com. He asked the seller, if there would be any insurance and the rep assured him that the insurance would be for one year. When his phone broke, and it has happened to quickly, the company refused to pay for the repair and told that they couldn’t help me. So, he wasted money, when he has paid for the insurance. Avoid them.

www.eleoem.com The website is scam and they didn't provide information about the purchase

I bought Samsung Galaxy from www.eleoem.com. I paid through PayPal and got confirmation email only from them. The seller doesn’t send any info about the purchase, so I have no idea what to think now. They didn’t reply to my emails, which I sent them several times. I already contacted PayPal and asked to help me, because the seller ignored me and it really bothered me. They promised to help, but I decided to warn you about it.
