My designed box differed from the box, which I got
I have designed the box on the website www.pakible.com. The process was long, but I finally received the box. I got completely different design and colour. When I asked the seller about it, he told me that they sent me what I ordered from them. But it wasn’t. I think that the seller can make mistake and send wrong one, but also they can have some problems with colours and designs. They simply can differ from what you have done and what you will get from them. So, be prepared to get something different from what you have created.
They lied and didn't send orders and information
I want to all people that the company www.pakible.com is really dishonest. Don’t do any business with them! The rep promised me that the delivery would take 10 days, but I waited the whole month. But the main problem was that they didn’t reply on time, didn’t send any confirmation info and they lie and did it a lot. So, after a month I told them that it was too much and I wanted to cancel all deal, but no one replied to my message. Stay away from this company!
The rep and seller provided fake promises
The website www.pakible.com provided really bad services to me. I placed the order and got some info about it and delivery. But after couple of weeks, I understood that it was too long and no one delivered my order. I contacted the customer services and asked what they have done with my order. The rep started to provide some excuses, but it was blah-blah. In my opinion, they only wanted money and they didn’t care about customers at all.
They haven't delivered the order on time. And our communication stopped
I placed the order on the website www.pakible.com in the beginning of March, but these jerks still haven’t delivered it. They provided some fake promises and blah-blah, but in reality they have no idea where my order is. I was furious and wanted to get money back, but the seller suddenly stopped to reply at all. The website is scam and horrible, so don’t waste your time and money.
