I ordered a vacuum cleaner on line from this Company on 16th July 2010 .Order was immediately confirmed by e mail & payment taken . estimated delivery date given as 22nd July but 'vac' didn't arrive .

I e mailed - reply promised within 4 working days - I'm still waiting !

rang Customer Services 29th July " Oh dear your goods don't seem to have left the warehouse you should have had a telephone call about this, although I know they have been experiencing some technical difficulties " I'm now awaiting a refund onto my Debit card, but after the service experience so far, am expecting to have to chase this up also .
