I quit on dec.17 because of the dietary manager. I have been complaining to him about the dishes not being properly wash. I had to wash over every morning because a specific employee was putting clean food trays on dirty food carts, not properly running glasses, bowls, coffee cups through dishwasher, just taking the hose and spraying. I went to john elke numerous times about it and nothing was done. I walked out because he called me into his office about a box of coffee. on that day he asked me why I didnt put the coffee away very smart like, I was not there the day before, so I responded and asked why didnt the person put it away yesterday when they opened it, I wasnt there, and thats when I got called to the office. my point that was petty. unsanitary conditions are not. john elke is not someone to be in charge of dietary. he does not do his job. his girlfriend does it for him, christine hough. on top of that they claim they cant find my foodhandlers card which I cant start my new job. I have to take the course over and pay again because of their negligence. half the time we did not have the groceries we needed. jon elke and christine hough spends 80 percent of the time outside smoking cigarettes. now I have been unemploy because they cant find my foodhandlers card and I think I should be able to get reembursed for their negligence.
