I ordered trial product and an additional offer for a mask back in September. Received product but found they sent me a moisterizer instead of the mask so I called 9/22/08. They told me they would refund my money and to go ahead and keep the other product, would be 10-12 days. I called again on 10/8 because I hadn't seen refund, was told would get it in (they didn't have explanation for why) and would be another 10-12 business days. Spoke to someone named Falon after some dispute, and she was completely rude!
Then came mid November and still didn't have, so called again. Was told was still in que for some reason and would expedite to the Acctg dept.
Today, 1/7/09! just got off the phone, with yet another rude person named Alicia (ID # 125) and told the same thing again! I was trying to explain their promiseds were not enough and if the other person didn't expedite as they should have, then their customer service needs taken looked at! She wouldn't let me talk and when I pointed this out, she hung up on me (i wasn't even cursing...which is why she may have had excuse!)
We will see if get my refund this time :-(
