I called Slimentia & spoke to Richard in Customer Assistance about returning the Slimentia I had ordered. I explained I had only loss 2lbs. with the product and requested a refund. I was offered other weight loss products to purchase. I declined purchasing any other products. I was given the address to return the unused products and the empty bottles. I returned the product as instructed on 01/08/2019. I was not told it had to be within 30 days of the purchase.
I waited on my refund but didn't receive it. I called Customer Assistance on today 01/26/19. I spoke with a woman that was very rude and didn't give her name when asked. I explained my previous conversation with the Agent about returning the product. She told me she had been there for 7 yrs and had never heard a Agent tell a customer that. They did receive the merchandise back, but could not give the refund. It had been over 30 days. I tried to explain I had no reason to lie about what the agent told me. She keep stating is there anything else I can help you with, I've explained the policy. I then asked to speak to a Supervisor or someone else in authority. She said I could only speak to her, and if that was all have a good day. I paid $136.95 + $9.00 shipping for a total of $145.95. My ordered #[protected], the product showed as Easytrack on my credit card statement. I want a refund of my purchase price.
