We purchased a new/second hand vehicle, upon receiving the vehicle it was a code 3, smashed repaired. Salesman clearly told us the vehicle was brand new accident free. All warrenties and service plans had been voided due to write off from accident damage. No contracts, agreements or any documentation was given to us. No licensing papers availible either.
We returned the vehicle, where they tried to tell us they will repair the vehicle. We declined and asked for a full refund witch has still not been done.
The vehicle was returned and full refund was given a month later
