company only has voice mail or email for a contact. I tried numerous time to get a tracking number for my order, by either email or voice mail. I finaly emailed stating that I will cancel the credit card transation through my bank and the item mysteriously shows up. I decided to keep the product since I did not want the hassle or cost of trying to return it. I advise to stay clear of Sparkability.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

A call, advertise on line chat customer service which is always off line, and they don't respond to multiple e-mails. I finally had to dispute the charge with pay pal which will take 11 days to get a refund of they don't reply which I am not counting on. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else, , ,
