On March 24 I placed an online order two sets of 1/2 inch iron on numbers and paid US$25.48.
On April 5 I emailed the company to enquire about the status of my order and received an email that my order was shipped the previous week. This was on the heading of the email: Order # 3299 Complete ID201801
I did not receive a production notification or shipping conformation as they state will happen on their site.
I have emailed the company twice again, April 18 and April 22, but did not receive any reply from them at all.
I requested a refund, but no reply.
Desired outcome: Would like a refund of my money US$25.48 please.
