I received this trial product ( which is a complete order) about the Jan. 6. I sent them an email ( which is the only way to contact them) for obtaining an autorization number for returning the product on Jan.15. I was to have at least 10 days to try the product. They charged me for the product on 01/16 and I still have not received any sort of reply from them after at least four emails asking for my account to be canceled and for a refund. This is a rip off. It is just tea and did nothing for me. I do not want to be charged for any future orders how can I get this canceled? Help.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
