Terry J. Dubrow, MD review: Unethical behavior

Consulted with Dr. Terry J. Dubrow regarding some unusual outcomes from another Plastic Surgeon.
Dr. Dubrow categorically stated that this previous surgery was a "Fail" in his opinion and was a Botched job. He promised me not 100% perfection, but would I be happy with 95%.
Considering the cost of his surgery, the cost of traveling, and the emotional strain I was advised to seek Legal counsel to at least pay for this new Surgery by Dr. Terry J. Dubrow of Newport Beach, CA.
After seeking Legal counsel and exposing more hardships, Dr. Terry J. Dubrow recanted his statement, now stating previous Surgeon had "Not fell below Standard of Care."
It is now learned that Dr. Terry J. Dubrow is the on The Board of Medical Quality. How is a person of his standing allowed to give a Woman such misleading information about another Plastic Surgeon who scars her to the point that he tells her that it was a "Fail" only to regress from that statement when it came time bring justice for this issue.
The desired resolution: Stand behind your statement, give me the satisfaction that this butcher is not allowed to harm any other Woman, or even better; refund me the $23, 000.00 you charged to fix the other Dr's "Fail."
