Texas Farm Bureau review: Insurance policy and filing a claim

I have been trying to resolve a 2800. increase in my policy for 23 from 22 rate on my ranch with no help at all. Wood County is where I reside, and no one will return my call. I leave message after message. I finally spoke with the agent who told me to file a claim for my roof which is why supposedly my insurance went up almost $2800. I filed it and it did not meet the deductible according to the Claims Adjustor. I got 3 different roofers here and all disagreed. I have called and the roofer even called to no avail. They refuse to even return my call or send another adjustor which I requested last week. Noe the adjustor that was here would not meet with the 3rd roofer I had here. I am at a loss as to what to do. They would cover the hail damage on my concrete roof, but yet my insurance went up $2800. for the roof for the year. HELP - they will NOT respond nor will they revisit my policy with me. I can't ever reach the agent. They always tell me he is in a meeting and he will not return calls unless I call again and finally he will call me back. This is a situation that has been going on for 2 months now..
