when student leaves school in order to be transferred elsewhere, the school refuses to release earned credit hours to state board stating that they could care less if state board receives the hours or not. they also state that they can hold up your continuing education if they feel like doing so. even with state board contacting them they never update students hours or contact state board back upon request. they hang up on you when you are inquiring about your hours. they are very prejudice and have shown and stated that their school is not for african american students because they only treat caucasion hair. All this is said and done once you have paid your money

I am a student at Salon Professional Academy and cannot agree or disagree regarding hours but they definitely do state that they do not pay much attention to African American hair because they do not cater to those clients often enough. They will also flood you with appointments disregarding student's needs for a mental and physical break, including lunch.
You live in Minnesota? Why are you writing on a NJ form? This is about New Jersey, I am a student at TSPA NJ, and I love school! I'm learning so much- I'm on color formulations now! If you want the best cosmo school in NJ- def go here! :) :) PS TSPA NJ services many African American hair, that is so silly that Minnesota doesn't! AND if someone is upset about hours, sounds like you got terminated and your mad. I LOVE TSPA!
