The company and product are TERRIBLE - advertised a free trial with no obligations and guarantees galore - then you find $76 charge on your credit card MONTHLY. Not to mention I got loads of SPAM directly following the online purchase so I'm certain they sold my information. As for the product - it has a terrible taste, and gave me insomnia, shakiness and made me feel sick. I would normally never buy something like this online but I must have had a moment of weakness.

Don't fall for this very shady deal.

I ordered the "free trial" of this product only to be charged $69.87 a few days later. No mention of this was made upfront, and it's nowhere to be found on the main website. When I called the numbers on the site, the mailbox was full. It all seems very fishy. I left a message with the "corporate office" and I'm also sending a letter.

Their terms and conditions claim: "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: IF AT ANY TIME YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT, CONTACT US AT [protected] AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A 100% REFUND."

Which they better deliver on. I am asking for a refund, especially since I never authorized this charge. "To return a product or request a refund, please contact Customer Service at [protected]. Send to: Attention: Returns Department PO Box 1158 Pleasant Grove, UT [protected]."

I will let you know how this works out.

I also tried the free trial and this is happening to me as well. They've charged me twice now without me knowing about it.

PLEASE READ...I ordered the free trial last night and was charged just the shipping. However after reading all these stories and people being charged ..I immediately called the customer care number (866.540.9633) and canceled my order. Some people think the number is a fraud but if you stay on the line someone does eventually pick up, I waited in silence on the phone for almost 10 minutes, but I did finally get through to someone. I explained to the customer service rep about the situations I have read about. He informed me that in their Terms and Agreement section on the web page it states that if you do not cancel within 3 days of when you initially purchased the product, you will be billed. I was relieved that I had researched and found all these complaints. If I would have waited I would have also been charged. However, the customer service rep was very nice and explained that I would not recieve any further charges, except for the inital 4.95 shipping charge. He also told me that a lot of people do not read the terms and services section on the page stating these facts and that is why people get billed. CALL THE NUMBER I PROVIDED and let them know of your situtation. If you are even within 14 days of when you INITIALLY PURCHASED..they will also refund you your money. CALL NOW!

PS> ALWAYS READ THE TERMS AND AGREEMENT section on any web site you are purchasing.

I hope this information helps some of you out there who are confused about why you are being charged. Call the number now and cancel immediately before any more are charges are made.

If you go on the website for Ultra Lean Green it says right at the bottom of the page that if you are satisfied with your trial do nothing, and you will be billed for your replenishment. If you are not satisfied, return and/or call and no other charges will be made. Everyone needs to read the fine print. The only thing sketchy is the people ordering this stuff actually expecting it to work.

I have been charged $69.87 for something I never approved. Apparently it happened a few times before but thankfully it never went through. I went through once before and this is the second time. I tried to contact the company but go figure I was put on hold forever. Hopefully the BBB can help me put a stop to this before I go broke. If anyone knows how I can stop them please help.

They don't tell it clearly that what is it about and make people fool. I tried calling them to cancel the subscription and they don't do it. You yourself need to go to site and check it. And you have to see on internet the complaints of all customers who are deceived by that company. You might be getting some percent of profit from that site, which they make by deceiving people like us. Because you allow these kind of sites to do business on internet. If you have a little self respect you should do justice to all customers and punish that ###.

I agree with you completely.I also think that this ultra green lean tea has some kind of contract with complaints board and the people of complaints board get bribe from that company to allow them to sell their product on internet.Otherwise nobody can do that this kind of robbery. After so many people have filed complaints, but they are still selling their green ###.Can anybody tell me if i can sue them or what.Because there should be some kind of transperacy between customer and company to be elligible to sell products on internet. The site should make clear everything and with proper address.THey should write every thing at the same time not in the words which are legible only with microscope.

Here is a copy and paste from what I sent my bank, who is monitoring the progress I make on this claim. I will also be sending this same thing to the BBB.

Here is a list of all charges (including the one for $4.95 which was the only one authorized by me, the other charges were stolen from me) and their dates from this company. The great thing is I have the comercial saved on DVR promicing a free trial for the cost of S&H only. I'll hang on to it maybe some probono lawyer will request a copy of it and start a class action law suit (lol I know keep dreaming right?). I always wonder how companies get away with stuff like this. How come their owners aren't held accountable and thrown in jail.

I went on line on 7/15/ 08 and also purchased this product with the expectation to only pay $4.95 as a free trial for the s&h. unfortunately after i did this I went on line to research the product and saw all the complaints about this product and their ethics. I called and canx this product the next couple of days and thought that was it. i saw a charge for $69.87 on my card - called them on 8/5/08 sw Autumn who quite frankly told me its not her fault that I did not read the conditions of my order. I demanded to sw a manager, was on hold for 5 minutes then she said oh my Manager is authorizing a one time refund. i told her I still want to sw the manager who came on the phone and told me basically what is my problem i am receiving a refund. I can only hope I get a refund as this is definitely unauthorized billing and obviously a tactic that they use regularly. I will make a formal complaint to the BBB and also hope that I get my refund back. But oh yes, I will. I plan to take this much further they don't know who they are messing with.

I purchased ultra lean green tea its said free trial for 30 days that I would only have to pay for the shipping. I went ahead and purchased it to give that product a try and they charged me 69.00 plus the shipping instead of just the shipping. Talk about false publicity. In any event I may have lost my $69.00 but I will no longer purchase that product again even if it does work.

I too bought the trial version of Ultra Lean Green, an instant green tea drink that supposedly helps the weight loss process. I was very unhappy with the way it makes me feel and before I could even find out how to return it along comes another 30-packets with a charge to my account -
UNAUTHORIZED. I just read another complaint by Jennifer dated 7-31-08 and she provided two phone numbers which I will try tomorrow as today is a Sunday. Hopefully I will be able to get my money back. What a sneaky way to do business - no phone number or website on their container! Shame on Ultra Lean Green - no wonder we are very leary of ordering on line. I certainly hope something can be done to protect other consumers. What a HASSEL.

My only comment is - Lesson well learned. My only complaint would be the advertisement on a website, with the backing of 2 highly media visual people, somewhat taking advantage of the general publics trust in them, that the product & company involved is a reputable one. The days of total trusting anyone any more are over.

Buyer beware.

I totally agree. I got charged for something I didn't even order because they pre-check all their boxes and trick you into buying things you did not want. I should be able to check a box if I want something. It should NEVER be pre-checked for me and billed to me when I never ordered that product! It is a rip off product and it doesn't work! Beware because the customer service people are completely rude and they will not try to make things right for their wrongs.

Just wanted to update everyone on my last comment with regards to getting money back from the ultra green lean company...

So far..POSITIVE RESULTS! YAY!

If you've looked at my last comment...I talked to a rep and she said to return the package unopened to sender...i went to the post office and made sure I got a receipt with tracking numbers too just in case...doesn't cost a dime to send it back btw!

I just checked my bank statement online and I already recieved a credit back to my account for the full 69.87!

I'm VERY RELIEVED and hopefully since I canceled the service with the rep on the phone i wont get anymore packages!

hope this helps everyone out there with a similar problem...and i hope it works out the same for you!

best of luck!
Alea

I called this number at [protected] and spoke to a representitive who was not helpful. I contacted the number above and express that $69.87 was not authorized. The representative transferred me to a lady name OLGA who said she would refund me $69.87 . They charge me twice this month (August 2008) but she can only refund me the first one. I called my bank to cancel the second one and they referred me to their Dispute Department to get my money back. I also hope that I get my money!

I ordered the free sample of tea, for $4.95, this was the only charge I authorized. At this point well over $100.00 has been taken from my account. I want it returned. If I can not get this taken care of here I will start legal action, as I am a business owner and have an attorney already on retainer.

I also thought I was only getting a $4.95 charge. On 7/21 it was $4.95, on $8/5 it was $69.87 and on 8/16 it was $68.97 again. I've only received a one month supply for all of this. I just placed a call and they are not open on Sundays. I will try again in the morning.

What a jock free trail right, thats just how they get you to order and then they take your money and run, they have tried to change my credit card two times not just once, but that ok because i will get my money back and i will let poeple know that this company and dri-reg.net is a spam and you know nothing hurts more then bad talk about your company's and that will hurt them more. I am so mad because who do they think they are to do this to poeple and to think that they are getting away with it but not now i will tell everyone that i know.

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A SCAM. They say they will give you a 14 day "Free Trial" but then they send you 30 days worth and charge you 69.87 for the remaining 16 days they sent you that you didn't even order. I called and complained, but it was too late. Just by giving them your credit card number you are agreeing to pay half the amount for the product and then the full amount every month after that if you don't cancel it. THIS STUFF DOESN'T EVEN WORK! In fact IT MADE ME SICK to my stomach and I vomited it up more than once. PROTECT YOURSELF. THIS IS A FRAUD!

I ordered the 30 on the go packets which were supposed to be free except for $6.95 in postage. Today I received the free packets. Today I also received my Visa statement. On July 17/08 $6.95 was charged to my Visa. Then on Aug. 5/08 $69.87 was charged to my Visa. I did not authorize this charge.

I will phone [protected] tomorrow and ask them to reverse the charge.

If you live in Canada DON'T buy this crap. I read all the fine print and knew fully well what I signed-up for, BUT what they don't say anywhere on the site is that if you live in Canada, the pruduct will sit at the border waiting to go be cleared by customs. This is a 14 day process. By teh time you receive your FREE trial, your already beign charged for a product you haven't even tried yet.

It's NOT a scam it just the way to get the most money out of account legally before you realize how stupid you were for odering this crap in the first place.

I'm sorry you had that experience. I personally am amazed by the product. After trying pill after pill it was refreshing to have something do what it said it would. I had an increase in energy, a decrease in hunger and although i haven't weighed myself my clothes are quite a bit looser so I'm a fan. The taste bothered me initially but when I mixed it with those Vitamin Waters I liked it a lot, but that's just my experience. It works for me, just like some pills work for other people, and I will continue with the product. I read the fine print. I knew that if I didn't cancel within 14 days I would be billed 70some dollars a month. So I had it rushed delivered the first time because if the product was really good it was worth 14.99 shipping and it would guareentee I could try it within 14 days. So I got it about 4-5 days later and cancelled within 10 days. My only complaint is that it took FOREVER to get through to customer service but when I did they let me off the hook without any extra billing and said if I wanted to come back they'd drop the price to 34.95 a month which to me was worth it because thats what I was paying weight watchers for the same result, but I was still eatting foods I wanted. Needless to say I came back and hopefully my next shipment will come before I run out of this one. I'm down to 2 packets. I don't work for the company I'm just a fat college student who was too lazy to work out until Ultra Lean Green Tea. If you want to talk with me about it e-mail me at pheephee85@hotmail.com. I'm on facebook and myspace too. Just ask me for that in an e-mail if you'd like.
