Do not do business with U.S. Wings.
I ordered a jacket which turned out to be much smaller than the description. I returned it almost two months ago and have heard nothing. Multiple email inquiries have been ignored. Customer service rep does answer phone but provides no status.

You returned a jacket to us for credit. It was received on February 12th, 2011 and full credit minus shipping charges was issued on February 25th, 2011.
This information was fully relayed to you during a phone call, which was answered by our customer service representatives during normal business hours, on February 28th, 2011.
