well it all started this morning when i recieved a phone call from usgoldline.com. though they never mentioned who they were at first. I thought i was talking to someone about a loan i applied for. when she finally tells me who she really was i told her to cancel, that i did not want their services. well she preceeds to tell me it was told late that i was going to be charged for something i did not authorize, and do not want. now they keep calling me every 5 minutes harrassing me, and i cannot answer my cell phone at work.

well I was contacted by someone from this company, whom played themselves on being a bank. we have been waiting on word from a house loan we had applied for, and i thought i was talking to someone regarding this loan. when i found out who they really were i told them i wanted to cancel it, that i didn't want it, they told me it was too late, that they were going to charge me for something i did not authorize.

I just got a phone call from them, I do not know how they get my cell phone number, I told them that I was not interested, she had all my infos, she kept on insisting and finally, she hang up on me.
But she did mention the dollar initial fee and I said NO.

I will check closely my account just in case, it is a scam! Beware

It seems like I'm not the only one who made a big mistake. I was trying to build my credit up after losing everything me and my family had and I feel like a fool too. I had applied for credit and was guaranteed up to $7, 500. After they took $250.00 out of my account, I didn't hear from them until recently. This USGoldline sent me a card and $250.00 in vouches.

I got the customer phone #: It's [protected]. Monday-Friday 9a.m. to 6p.m. EST. I haven't got a hold of anyone. If someone does get a hold of a representive, please e-mail.

I have received a phone call, on my cell phone, on 6/10 and 2 calls on 6/11 and 6/12. When I answered the phone, the number disconnected. Curious, I called the number back and it connected me to a representative. She began to tell me that I was approved for a line of credit that will help improve my already bad credit. I talked to her for a little while, she explained no fees, 0% apr, etc etc. I asked if it had a visa logo or another major credit logo, she said it was for online purchases only from their site, usgoldline.com. I already confirmed my name and bank account. I did not give her my SS#. I told her that I wanted to do more research on it and would call her back if I am interested. After reading through the reviews, I am glad I did not sign up for this! I am very nervous that she is going to get into my bank account, I never authorized ANYTHING! I told her NO thanks ! I called back again and told them to remove my name and information from their systems immediately. I am calling the bank to make sure they do not get any of my money. Be ware of scams like this!

RANDY WHEN A COMPANY HAS A WEB-SITE THAT SAIDS ONE THING, THEN DOES ANOTHER IS NOT INGORANCE ON A CUSTOMERS PART.

US GOLDLINE IS A DIS-HONEST COMPANY, I TRULY BELIEVE, FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAS BEEN CAUGHT IN US GOLDLINE WEB, WOULD NOT HAVE APPROVE THIS CARD IF THEY KNEW WHAT THE REAL DEAL WAS AT THAT TIME.

COMPAINES ONLINE THAT IS OFFERING ANY TYPE OF SERVICES SHOULD ELABORATE CLEARLY ON WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING, GIVE A PERSON THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE AN HONEST CHOICE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE ABOUT TO GET THEIR SELF INTO.

I TRULY AGREE WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS THAT ARE PRESENT, WHY, BECAUSE I AM PART OF THE PACK THAT HAS BEEN CONED OUT OF MY MONEY, MONEY THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO THROW AWAY, OR GIVE AWAY.

PEOPLE BE AWARE OF FALSE DEALS WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANIES, MOST ARE OUT TO GET YOU...

I recive a call from a lady call carol she told me that they will help me to fix my credit with a credit card and a credit limit of 2, 500. . . She told me that only need to give her $250 and it will be 11. 95 a month. . I see nice but when they ware 2 day before the witdraw of the money. . . My fruad security alert from wells fargo company told me that his company is a scam and a close me acct thank god. . .

This is a scam they called my cell phone and had all my info, I was not told it was not a credit card, they told me they had a credit line appvd for 2, 500.00 with 0 % interest. I declined they insisted I gave my check info, I decided it was a scam and put a stop pay on the check and they somehow got through my bank and charged me, I'm lucky my bank is reimbursing me.

i agree get this i never spoke to anyone to give them access to my account they double whammed me causing my account to go overdrawn700.00 i would love to know anyone who has contacted anyone about this legally.please email me and let me know there is another co called LPC also thsy took money from me as well and know all my info.

On 2/12/08 I received a call From Angela Justice (Station 12) telling me how if I just deposit $250 (2 payments) on a credit card, that I can use, I can improve my credit. She sold it well by telling me that she did all of her christmas shopping with her card. If your credit stayed on good standing you could increase your limit every 3-6 months. She stated that they report to Trans Union every 30 days which I believed was good to rebuild credit. The good selling point was the 5/$50 vouchers that you receive to use toward your first payments which actually made you not putting any of your money on the card. I went online to place an order and was told that the merchandise I wanted was not covered by the card (with my money on it) and I would need to make a deposit with another form of payment. I spoke with Josiah on 3/25 and 5/15 and to tell you the truth if he spoke to his mother as rudely as he spoke to me he should have his mouth washed out. I sent a complaint e-mail to customer service with no response.

If there is any way of getting out money back, please advise smb!

Have charged my checking account twice in one month for $150.00 each time---I'm out $300.00 for nothing-----didn't request it----

I purchased this program from USGoldline.com and was told that I could cancel at anytime. I was also told that I would receive my money back. I tried to log on to the site several times and was unable to. When I tried customer service, noone was available. When I was finally able to get in the site wanted me to pay nearly 3/4 the value of the stuff and they would finance the 1/4. This is not what was told to me on the phone. I was told a small amount of down payment would be needed not nearly 3/4. When I cancelled my order I was told that I could not get my $250 back that they had taken out.

This company is a scam and a fraud. They tell you lies to get you in and then they take your money for nothing. This should be against the law. If I do not want the service and I cancelled in a reasonable time, I should get my money back. I do not have $250 just to through away.

I to was a dumy. i was on a survey, took the trial offer and got scamed. there were no phone numbers on the offer but i thought there would be with the trial shippment.NOT, only a web sight. when i went to bring it up, all that would come up was a picture of the bottle of colonsmartcleasner, when i clicked on the bottle it would take me to another sight. i tried several times the same thing kept happening. So there i found a phone number so i called it. they kept saying they had nothing to do with colonsmartcleasner.needless to say i was very angry.then i thought well when it comes in i would just put on it return to sender and wait for a refund. well it never happend... my bank said they couldnt do anything for thirty days from the day i sent it back. so i waited filled the dispute and waited four days for the results.. well then i get the results from my bank... NOT HAPPY my bank sends me some copys off the internet from colonsmart stating there is only one way you can receive a refund.you have to follow four steps. one of thoughs steps are they do not except Return to sender packages as a way for refund. what they dont say is that package i sent back is theirs now and you get nothing for $88.98.now it said nothing about ANY policys when i ordered the free samples.and when i got the free samples it had nothing of any policys either. so im out the money and the FAKE product(COLONSMARTCLEASNER). OH DID I MENTION YHE PRODUCT DID NOTHING... I TOOK THE SUPPOSEDLY FREE SAMPLES AND HAD NO REACTION ! if there is anyone out there that can help me get my money back.i would be very happy... oozman.com@live.com TO EVERYONE------ STAY AWAY FROM COLONSMARTCLEASNER ! i forgot to mention the paperwork my bank got off the internet was dated july 10th 2008 REVISED. this was 2 mth. after i sent mine back. when i got my (FREE) sample.i couldnt get on their web site to cancel nor did they have a phone number... COLONSMARTCLEASNER IS A RIPOFF...

these people are full of sh-t. they said that i would have my card in the mail in a week and it has been four months. I think im going to call the a lawyer on this one. i have seen they didnt just ### me but a bunch of us. i wish i could just shoot them a. we all need to get a letter and send it to a lawyer

i was the person to get cheated to by usgoldline too.i gave up $275.00 dollars to them too. it is not fair to people get scam into something like this.

I got the same problem with this peolpe of USGoldLine I fill a report to the Fedreal Trade Commission about these people you guys need to do the same thing let punish these people fill a complaint in the www.ftc.gov

i got scamed also i guess i would just like to get 250 bucks back, the thing that pisses me off the most is they havent reported to the credit buro about my credit this fraud dont do it
