Vento review: vento motorcycles 1

DO NOT BUY Vento USA products of ANY kind. I (licensed motorcycle dealer) waited NINE months for a clutch for a Vento V-Thunder, then waited another TWO MONTHS for a crankshaft assembly and counting...I give up, Im tired of it sitting in my shop waiting for parts.
All together the customer I was repairing this motorcycle for got to ride the motorcycle a grand total of 368 miles in one year.
I dont know what he gave for that motorcycle, but Im pretty sure it was close to retail ($3499.00) price. That's about 10 bucks a mile.
When I called to inquire about the status of my parts order, the owner of the company said "Customers like you, we just refund their money". Because of issues just like this with other chinese imports, Ive found other parts sources and will be able to repair this motorcycle...with or without the company who imported this junk.
For those considering a scooter/motorcycle purchase...run out of a store who handles Vento USA products. They may look like any other chinese scooter you see, but nothing could be further from the truth. Vento USA could care less if you ever get to ride the product you purchase from them. If you have any questions BEFORE you purchase a Vento scooter/motorcycle, please call me at [protected] and I'll tell you why it's a bad idea. I'll also share with you the correspondance Ive had from them regarding other parts orders that have taken MONTHS for Vento to fill, if they were ever filled them
