Bought an item that was junk. Made very flimsy, wouldn't even stay together. They agreed to refund the item price, but not the shipping.
This will end up costing me about 8 dollars to sent this junk back.
If you sell something that is made this poorly, and you WANT TO KEEP CUSTOMERS you should be willing to refund the shipping that customers have to pay.
Don't think that we will be buying from them again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
