I opened a claim with warrantyservice.com on 7/5/23. claim # C2885713 (I got a 5 year warranty from American Signature Furniture). This is for recliner mechanism that stopped working on my sofa. They assigned a technician to come and work on it after nearly 2 weeks. I was patient. The guy shows up. works on it for 5 minutes and not able to fix it. Tells my son the swicth is bad not the motor and goes away. After that all I see in the update is we have the technician notes and are reqviewing it. I sent messages few times asking for an update. No response. There is no live person available to talk and get an update.
Desired outcome: come and fix it
