Wilson and Fisher review: solar panel

My wife and I have bought 14 solar lanterns of various sizes. We have had problems with them working after the sun goes down and we make sure they are in direct sunlight during the day in order to get charged. We bought 7 in July 2017 and we are already having problems with 3 of them not coming on. The most frustrating thing is that Wilson and Fisher give no contact number in order to contact them about this problem. I would like for them to contact me [protected]@att.net and resolve this problem. The lanterns are beautiful and we do enjoy them while they are working, but very frustrating. We changed batteries, but that didn't help and there is nothing that tells us not to leave them outside when it rains.
