I don't know anything about their product because I never opened the package; but the company itself is the worst I ever dealt with; Firstly, they stole my daughter's information from (I assume) SAT private information website and they called my home phone, which we are paying to be protected from the Scam; the lady verified my daughter's information and made me think that this is my daughter's school recommended program they are offering. Well, I spoke with the lady and I kindda got excited that they are working with the schools and helping kids to get better scores on their tests, and so and so; at the end she says that I need to pay $200 right now; I was a little bit shocked but I did pay; then I realized that it is something wrong with all this; I contacted school and they said they never recommended this program to anyone. 5 days later I got this package, I did not open it since I already decided to send it back, but I called to company just to verify returning protocol - it was the most horrible customer service conversation experience I ever had; lady (don't remember her name) she was literally screaming at me, not to mention that it took about 20 minutes to get someone on the phone with all that time listening their stupid annoying testimonies and promotions of the product; ok, after I got pissed of by the lady in customer service - she has been screaming at me pushing me to open the package, violating me saying that I am not a good mother because I don't want to open the package to try it for my kids; after all this, she finally agreed to give me mpr number which was needed to return the package; so, sent it back unopened; It is one month since, and I am still waiting for my money to be returned, and I am calling them every week, waiting for 10 minutes on the phone to hear that they still working on putting my money back on my account; they remaining same rude as they were when I called them for the first time and trying to convince me that this is all my fault. Absolutely horrible experience! I am going to contact my bank to get my money back...

I am a victim of the scam that is being committed by WordSmart corporation and was promise that i can call and request an extended trial period by JUDY MCFARLAND thesales person.
If I didn't like it simple called them up before this days were up and tell them I wanted to return the product. i tried calling word smart for 10 days spending about an hour on the phone until they closed at 8:00 pm est. When I finally reached customer service the ### on the other end refused to issue any credit or accept any return. During the time of tring to reach word smart, they charged me another $57. I believe WORDSMART is refusing to answer any phone call from customer that is close to the end of the trial period. Forcing you to keep the program and at the same time charging you for a additional CD. This company is running a scam, i should not have to call you to say i am keeping the merchandise i purchased. if i don' like the product i will contact you to return, i should not have to call and say i am keeping the product.
please stay away from this unethical company WORDSMART is the ### of the earth.
Judy McFarland is the worse sales person i caught her in a couple lies while she was tring to sell the program.
I received a phone call from a WordSmart rep on Friday, Aug. 19, 2011. The man would not let me off the phone. Every time I told him that I was not going to buy anything over the phone, because I wanted to do my own research on the product and compare it to other products, he would go on a non-stop talking spree to convince me to pay him - and, I quote, to not buy from him made me nonsensical, since I could always return the items. I knew that returning the package would not be as easy as he promised, and finally, with him being very rude toward the end, finally the conversation ended with him just hanging up without a thank-you, or have a nice day or anything. I just read all the complaints about this shady outfit and I am so glad that I didn't give in. I am working directly with the creators of the SAT, on the CollegeBoard website and using their free materials to prepare, and might sign up for their inexpensive tutorial online for my son.
