Wow, what a great experience! I called in the morning to get a quote on a new heating system and was able schedule an appointment the same day within 3 hours. And a quote was given as we were speaking. John was the estimator and he is very personable and knowledgeable about the subject matter and the heating industry. He gave me three different options of the heating systems and explained the details and the differences. He is a valuable asset to your company.

The Ambient Control technician named Sage who came to my home to checkout the system was not only well mannered and neat in appearance but was a total gentleman. He thoroughly checked out my split system, was very knowledgeable, and graciously answered any question that I had asked. I have recommended Ambient Control to my family members and they are very satisfied with their service. As for Sage, Ambient Control should give him a raise or bonus because he provides excellent advertisement for their company

Jason was the Tech that serviced my Heater Units & my Insta-Hot Tankless Hot Water Heater. He was very courteous and considerate, he wore a face mask the entire time he was in my home. He explained some of the readings he was taking on my heaters, and what they meant..! After he was done, I felt very assured that my Heating systems were running as well as they were expected too. I renewed my annual maintenance contract with him, and looked forward to having him go over my Air Conditioning Systems in the Spring.

Ambient is an excellent company to work with. Everyone we encountered was extremely courteous and professional. They were attentive to all our questions and concerns and returned several times to accommodate our needs. The technician handled our last service call and was very polite and professional. He listened to our concerns and met our needs. Never did he seem rushed or anxious to leave to be somewhere else. The customer service representative was a pleasure to work with. My a/c stopped working twice in 2 days. Ambient serviced it the next day (Monday) after the first stoppage from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and at regular rates. The Service manager, very courteously and patiently, and I discussed this problem for 20 minutes after the 2nd stoppage and he concluded that the 30 amp circuit breaker should be replaced. I have an electrician appointment to do this in a few days. No need to wait one or more days for a service follow-up call to resolve the problem. Competent people working for this company.

From the call to make the appointment, to the call ahead to tell us he was on the way, to the tech's on time arrival. I couldn't be more pleased. We have been a customers over 10 years and have NEVER been disappointed. From John and Sarah who designed and installed the systems, to every tech that has been sent out, (Mike this year), everyone has been very professional, extremely knowledgeable, did quality work, respected our home. I had Ambient Comfort install a hot air gas heater unit & A/C unit in the attic at the shore 4 years ago & never had a problem. Excellent installation job & the technician installers were very professional in doing the job. I have them come out every year in the fall & spring to check out the units before the beginning of the season to make sure things are ready to go. Today I had them at the house to checkout the A/C for the summer season. Again the service technician was very professional & very polite at the house. I needed an estimate for a new AC unit and furnace. I called multiple HVAC companies and Ambient Comfort was the only company to schedule an appointment the same day and the installation within a week. All of the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful with any questions and concerns. They were prompt for the estimate appointment and installation. They explained what we needed to know about our new AC unit and furnace and how to use the new thermostats. They were also courteous enough to cover floor surfaces to keep from tracking dirt through the house and even vacuumed before they left. I highly recommend their services.

This is one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of doing a job for me. From the very beginning, the listened to what I wanted and what my needs were. The technicians were great and very knowledgeable. The owner has been a joy to deal with answering all of our questions and dealing with all our requests. My husband went to pay them the other day, as they had all of the equipment placed, but they would not take the money insisting that the job was not 100% done. All that is need is for them to hook up an addition for completion. The addition is still not even started, yet they would take no money. We have tried the air and heat and it works beautifully...great work, great company.

Ambient Comfort is by far the best heating and air conditioning experience you'd ever want to know. My first experience was when they offered a special on an air conditioner tune up. They did much more than any other company I've ever used. This led me to buy a new air conditioner from them. The installation went so smoothly, and they answered all of my questions professionally. They were actually recommended by another service man from a different company! Now, that's saying something. Today, their technician came to tune up and service my heater. He was so friendly and professional. He actually knew that I had drywall put up in my house by the white dust that was inside of my heater! Now, that's a guy who pays attention. I was rightfully impressed. Ambient Comfort is the only company I will use.

I was extremely pleased with the installation of my new heating and cooling system from Ambient Cooling. John and Mike arrived at my home around 8:30 and completed the entire installation by around 5 o'clock. Both of them worked continuously throughout the day. Both John and Mike were extremely professional with great personalities and answered every question I asked. What I also found interesting was that they also felt that besides having the entire system work properly, it was also important that the system was visually appealing. Sarah, the sales representative, Mark, the general manager, Lisa who answered the phone initially, who was extremely pleasant and John and Mike made the entire process extremely professional and easy. I would highly recommend Ambient Cooling to anyone who is looking to have Lennox equipment installed.

Everyone involved in the process was courteous and on time. The total air conditioning system was replaced in about 8 hours. That included having my condenser moved to another location outside the house. The workmanship was excellent. They covered my floors before walking through the house and kept the work area neat while working. The area was left clean when the job was complete. The techs took time out to show me how to operate the system efficiently. When receiving my estimate everything was transparent. Every option was explained to help guide me in choosing my system. There was no pressure to buy now, unlike the other companies who stated this price is only good if you purchase today. The total process was actually better than I expected. I would definitely recommend Ambient Comfort to my friends and family.

I just started to work with Ambient Comfort a couple weeks ago and I am so impressed by the communication/responsiveness (#1 priority for me). I have been working with another heating/cooling company for the past 12 years in Avalon and feel they give me the run around. I had a specific incident where they had just come out to add more refrigerant to my unit but after I explained what was going on he said he was only there to check the pressure. I was frustrated after They left because things still were not correct. I got Ambient Comforts name from my sister. I called within minutes received a call back from Anthony (owner) and Chuck came out later that day to go over everything. He immediately found that my smaller unit wasn't even turning on and also found that my damper had shut. He took the time to figure out the problems and his attention to detail was great. Chuck also took the time to follow up via phone and text to make sure things were working properly. HIGHLY recommend. Please feel free to use me for a reference.

PROFESSIONAL service, EXCELLENT communication, RELIABLE provider! Our 22 year old HVAC system began to have problems during the middle of a heatwave at the start of a hot July summer. We were in need of a full HVAC replacement. Unsure who to reach out to, we asked a friend who gave us a recommendation to call Ambient Comfort. Best decision we made! Ambient Comfort was our first contact. They were friendly, timely, and efficient. Within less than 24 hours of talking, they came out to our home, at a time that was convenient for both my husband and I in the evening to both evaluate and estimate. We have crazy work schedules, so this accommodation was a great start to the process for us. They inspected the the units both inside and outside of the house, attic and basement, and then sat down with us to discuss needs and options in terms we could understand. They did not try to sell us on systems or services we did not need and there was no pressure to commit to anything on the spot. Following the discussion, they communicated they would send us a quote and description of the 3 options we discussed. The next day, we received an email, with the options previously discussed, including both clear descriptions and pricing - no nonsense! After choosing the system that was right for our home budget and following up with them, they returned to our home the same day to complete paperwork and schedule a service date. Service was scheduled within a week. Given that we were in the middle of a heatwave, this was a welcomed surprise! As the service date approached, they sent an email confirming dates and times. On the day of service, the Ambient Comfort team arrived on time. The team members, donned Ambient T-shirts as apart of their attire and arrived in professionally wrapped work trucks with the company logo. This was a nice touch because as the homeowner, I knew each of these gentlemen were apart of the Ambient Comfort crew when my doorbell rang. From the start, it was a level of service that was top notch. The service team was lead by Chuckie. Chuckie was knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. Chuckie ensured everyone on the team had what they needed to get their job assignments done and participated in all aspects of job completion. These guys worked a full day and then some on a hot day, and had our units replaced, as well as up and running by the time their work day was done. AMAZING - especially given the weather conditions. The team was mindful of my home, laying tarps on the carpet and closing doors each time they entered and exited. Following installation, the team cleaned up work materials and excess that accompanies a home repair.
