So pleased with Susan B who represented Baldwin Bros. in a courteous, polished but casual,
professional but at the same time personable manner. Always had an answer to the group's many questions. Frank and sensitive at the same time. Later as I met one on one I knew that Susan understood my particular situation. She could recommend solutions that made sense. Understanding each person's unique viewpoints on death, spiritual concerns, station in life, family and finances is her goal . It shows. I have this part of my end life decided on. Good feeling!

My husband and I attended a luncheon based on wonderful reviews from several friends. Susan was the the representative from Baldwin Brothers and had a short, concise, informative presentation with absolutely no pressure. She answered questions with compassion and knowledge. We met her at Baldwin Brothers (though she gladly would have come to our home) and were able to see all the options available. Knowing that our arrangements have been made has given us tremendous piece of mind and will save our children a lot of heartache and tough decisions. Could not be happier with Susan and Baldwin Brothers!

Tina is a very Professional representative of your company, and you should be blessed to have her. She came into our home, explained the program again so we could fully understand the process. I needed to have a change in what she assumed we wanted, but accepted all of our wishes& made adjustments according to our decisions. She made our visit so comfortable & warming that we look forward to seeing her sometime soon. This type of sale & transaction does not happen everyday. When time happens for the good Lord to take us, we can be assured that everything will go smoothly for our family by Baldwin Brothers!

We went to visit Baldwin Brothers with the thought that we would simply gather information on the process. We were greeted by Chrystell *** who patiently walked us through how cremation and/or burial works with their company.

Lori was a pleasure to meet at a seminar at Lopez Legacy sponsored by Baldwin Brothers. My wife and I had discussed for several years making our final arrangements so our children would not have to go through what we did for our parents. We were fortunate that the other attendees could not make the seminar so Lori had just us to explain programs with. On our way home, we both agreed to call her and set up an appointment after Christmas which she gladly did. Yesterday, Lori arrived and we completed our pre-need cremation details with her/Baldwin Brothers. Peace of mind achieved when this detail has been taken care of so professionally.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Baldwin Brothers and especially Lori *** for the seminar they sponsored regarding *** which I have had in mind to choose. Her presentation exceeded my expectations and increased my understanding needed to make these important decisions. After thoroughly reading the information packet and conferring with family, I scheduled an appointment with her and selected the plan that was appropriate for all of us. My husband and I met with Susan Bosnia regarding a cremation presentation for Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society in Wildwood, FL. Susan was very helpful in presenting the information and helped us make a decision that we had been thinking about but put off. She was very caring, considerate and helpful to us when we were making our decisions, pointing out many things that we hadn't even thought of. We also had personal experience in working with Baldwin Brothers in Wildwood, FL after the wife of a very close friend died suddenly at age 59. They were extremely sensitive, caring and helpful to our friend while making his wife's final arrangements.

Tina *** did a great job in working with my sister and myself on
fully explaining the different Pre-Plan options, all the details and costs so
we could purchase the right plans for our circumstances. She was most
knowledgeable never any pressure that I had gotten from another funeral
home on Colonial Blvd. that had served our family in the past. After checking
out five funeral homes, I decided on Baldwin Brothers on account of their
reputation, being in business over forty years, most competitive prices, and
Tina's straight forward presentation, peace of mind with a Pre-Plan, my
heart goes out to those who pass that don't have one, don't wait.

Baldwin's sales representative, Lori ***, who works out of the Tavares, FL office is a gem! We met first with her at Nancy Lopez's Legacy Restaurant in The Villages for a complimentary lunch and sales presentation on cremation services and she was very pleasant and professional without any pressure regarding sales. She was thorough in her explanations and answered all of our questions in a competent manner. Today after a phone call with some additional questions, she stopped by our home to facilitate the purchase of our cremation pre-need contracts. We are nearly finished with our end of life arrangements and will now feel confident that our loved ones will have one less thing to worry about.

I am so very blessed that Jeff D was representing my husband's affairs. He is truly an asset to the company. His patience and understanding is of upmost importance and he was the best advocate that any one could hope for in my most saddened condition of my loved one. My concerns and questions were answered promptly and with the most considerate reply.
I think that Baldwin Brothers has a true asset , Jeff D working along side the company and putting the family first , If i didnt know better I would say he is the Baldwin family member in the company .
Because that's how he represents himself, protecting the reputation and image of the company and the wishes of the family .

I visited Baldwin Brothers after speaking with people in the New Smyrna Beach Area.
I spoke with Sandra ***, whom I might add was outstanding in making me feel comfortable in
discussing end of life arrangements. No one likes to think about this let alone actually have to do it.
I was a nervous wreck when I walked in the door. Sandra *** certainly calmed me down &
had answers to all my questions (which I had many). When I left, I felt so much better in knowing that with Sandra's help I had made the right decisions. She had all the patience in the world with me, answered all my questions fully & I was very happy that she was the one to help me in planning for something I did not look forward to doing. Most important to me was she did not pressure me in any way. Sandra was very professional, informative & so very helpful. Thank you Sandra & Baldwin Brothers.

Baldwin is the WORST. My brother died at home on Wednesday, August 25. I have two sisters who live out of town. They had us come in on Friday, August 27th, my sister's 70th birthday. We thought they would get to say goodbye to their only little brother. NO. We were told over and over again that viewing him would cost $200. We didn't argue. Then they gave us some excuse about not having an appointment and COVID. The director said they "didn't have time for a viewing cuz they had other customers ahead of us. " I told him they were from out of town and wanted to say goodbye their brother. He said "I can't just start pulling bodies out of the refrigerator any time you want to see someone." WHERE WAS THE COMPASSION? WE ARE GRIEVING AND HES ARGUING ABOUT MONEY AND INCONVIENCE. DO NOT CHOOSE BALDWIN FOR YOUR FINAL NEEDS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY.

We have had a horrible experience dealing with Baldwin Brothers. My Father passed away in November and items are still not resolved. My understanding is the person who caused the issues are is no longer with company, but it is now May 2022 and we are still awaiting resolution. My Father's death information was submitted incorrectly which made his death certificates invalid. These were supposed to be corrected and expedited. When we call for updates we are told they will look into it and call us back, we never receive a call back. My Father has now been deceased 6 months and we still can't take care of anything from a legal/financial stand point and Baldwin Brothers can't be bothered to return a call. I can not suggest this company in any manner after the pain and frustration they have put us through, during an already trying time, with little care or regards to our situation.

After going to a complimentary lunch to listen to a Cremation presention by Sandra we were impressed by how she was both knowledgeable and informative. At the end of the presentation, we gave her our phone# and she said she would follow up with us in a couple days which she did. We set up an appointment to go over some details and again she was not only informative but professional as well and answered all our questions. Filling out all the paperwork was simple but when Sandra went to make copies, there was technical difficulties with the machine and she couldn't complete all my copies. Rather than have us sit there for an indeffinate amount of time, she said she would call us when the problem was fixed and arrange for us to either come back or she would come to our home, which she did. She went above and beyound and we couldn't be happier with her performance or Baldwin Brothers. Thank you.

We interviewed several Funeral homes. We had formulated, over time, what we wished to happen when the time came for 1 or both of us. We discussed with our daughters to be sure what was important to them. Baldwin had basic plans which satisfied many of our needs that we felt were important. We started with their Basic Plan and built a customized plan the met our wishes and our daughters wishes. The meetings were friendly, very informative, and without pressure. Kara initially and then Sandra from Baldwin, spent all the time necessary to address each of our stated desires and they made sure we understood how the plans would work. For example, we travel by car all over the USA every year. An important consideration we had was 'what happens if one or both of us pass away while traveling'. The 'travel insurance' and service offered by Baldwin set our minds at ease. Baldwin was very competitive on price and offered very customizable choices to help us make what will be a difficult time for us and our daughters much easier. I appreciated the open discussions with Kara and Sandra that we had prior to signing a contract which was well worth the price we paid. I have always wanted to have my pre-cremation ready and paid for. I have heard many good positive reviews from other people so I decided to stop by Baldwin Brothers on SR 44 in Wildwood, FL. When I first met Susan ***, a Licensed Planning Counselor, I immediately knew that she would be perfect for me and my sister because we have hearing loss she was easy to lipread, very patient and her sensitive rapport with me. I was extremely relieved knowing that I have come to the right place at a good timing. I got my two sisters (one was visiting from Boston) to go with me to support in my decision in making the planning. Susan B. was wonderful and explained everything very clearly and my sisters agreed with me to make things easier for everyone. Susan was extremely helpful in correcting my contract with another cemetery up in Ohio to straighten up with the way I wanted to be buried in my family plot. I feel relieved knowing that I have everything all set and my sisters are extremely thrilled that I made it so much easier for the without putting the burden on them. I am happy to say that my other sister liked Susan *** so much that she went ahead and signed up for the Pre-Cremetion contract. I highly recommended Baldwin Brothers especially Susan ***.

I went online to remove my name from Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society's mailing list. But their form didn't "send" when I tried to use it. So, I clicked on the live chat option, and the person on the other end refused to remove my name from the list unless I gave them my email address and phone number. I don't want to give them that info and end up getting more spam. I've uploaded a screenshot of the live chat for you to see. Thanks.

My grandma passed away 3 weeks ago, and they said they'd cremate her within 48-72 hours. But it didn't happen until just yesterday. They're even asking for money to send her ashes. My grandma passed away 3 weeks ago, and they promised to cremate her within 48-72 hours. After a week went by, my dad called to find out what was going on, but they never answered or called back. He kept calling, but still no answers or returned calls. Now, 3 weeks later, they tell us they just cremated her YESTERDAY! That's not 48-72 hours, it's 3 weeks! And now they want $195 to send her ashes to her final resting place, instead of covering that cost after putting us through unnecessary nonsense and terrible customer service. No apologies, no explanations, no understanding or sympathy, they just want to take advantage of a grieving family and squeeze every penny out of them without delivering the services they promise. This is NOT OKAY. If you're going to give a specific timeline to your customers, you need to stick to it or do whatever it takes to fix the problem.
