BillTrim was great in helping me get a discount on my AT&T cell phone bill! They reduced my bill by 33% and their customer service was excellent. Alex was very helpful, polite, friendly and her follow up with me was absolutely outstanding.

The process was easy and a must do to save money. I thought I could do this myself but they are better negotiators than me. I am glad I subscribed to their services. Will recommend everyone. Best case you save money worst case life is as is.

Amazingly quick response to help me lower my cable, Internet and cell phone bills. Customer service is great and responds quickly to any questions. Once they secure a lower bill they will also follow up with any problems you might have with the service such as slow Internet speed etc.

I was somewhat dubious about this service, but I'd thought I'd give it a try. I could see there was nothing to lose. BillTrim reduced my bills some months ago, but I contacted again and they were able to save me over $300 on my TV & Internet bill for the year. Very impressed with their service and have no concerns with recommending.

I give Bill Trim a 5 star review. For 2 years now they have saved me money on my cell phone bill. Last year was a more modest one time payment. I was skeptical when I first read about bill trim. However I thought I'd give it a shot all it could do is save me money. I provided the necessary information and I came to find out that I am on the lowest plan available from my provider. However bill trim was able to get me a one time $50 credit which is great thank you for the savings. Jack

BillTrim is a great service and tool to have if you are interested in lowering your bills. The team cares, are highly responsive, professional, and will do nothing but fight hard to lower your bills... I have had great success using them and I think many people can benefit from this service. Even when they lose some battles, they are always positive and looking to try again in the future.

Bill trim was able to help lower my monthly bills and didn't waste any time when I contacted them about getting started they contacted my utilities and others and spoke with him to get things lowered very happy with their service. Also very friendly people to work with and professional will keep using them and I also monitor your utilities and or whatever else you have them look at to make sure things don't change.

I saw the advertisement for this company and I was very skeptical but went with it anyway. WOW is the best I can say. I asked them to start with Xfinity and all of a sudden I start getting emails and text from Xfinity telling me I had a $11.00 credit and then a $30. Then a $50 credit. I pulled up my bill from said company and sure *** enough there it was. I am about to send this company all of my monthly bills and let them do their magic.. Keep up the good work my new found friends..

I have been working with Alex with BillTrim for the last 4-5 weeks. During that time he has shaved $50 per month off of my phone, cable, & internet bills along with several one time charges being removed from my bill. We are still negotiating several other bills, which will more than likely benefit me as well. I highly recommend BillTrim in general & Alex in particular for his diligence in driving down my bills & the promptness & thoroughness he continues to show in negotiating on my behalf. Give them a try. It costs nothing & will for sure lead to savings for you & your household!

BillTrim said they could work with your phone company, internet provider, and TV provider to get you lower rates. In my case, they went to AT&T, and the only way they could lower the rate was to cancel my phone insurance. I disagreed with this and did not want to do away with my insurance. I said okay, thinking there would be no charge. However, eight days later, my credit card was charged $240 for the service.

The way this company does things is totally illegal. They don't give you the lowdown on their methods right away, but I found out the hard way. They claim they can cut down your bills and save you some cash, but the truth is they reach out to the companies you want to pay less to and act like they're you, getting into your account and making changes without your knowledge or consent.

BillTrim is a company that helps reduce your monthly payment charges on different bills. I came across their advertisement on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I started filling out the information, but then I had a gut feeling that I should do some research before proceeding. I'm really glad I did.

A few days later, I received an email from them, supposedly from their "Customer Success Champion" called "***". In the email, they immediately mentioned that they noticed I saw their ad, clicked on it, and started registering but stopped halfway. This made me uncomfortable because it seems like they have a very detailed tracking system, which makes me feel like my privacy was violated.

They then asked me why I stopped and requested that I reply to the email with my thoughts. It felt like they were trying to bait me into contacting them. Towards the end of the email, they mentioned that it wasn't a marketing email and that they just wanted to know my thoughts while browsing their website. However, they added a P.P.S statement saying, "Your response will literally dictate whether I'm going to be paid or not this week." This message was really disgusting, especially considering the current financial and job security situation.
