I purchased a car from J
I purchased a car from J.D. Byrider on September 16. Unfortunately, on December 25th, the car broke down on the road. I had to have it towed over 100 miles away from home and then towed again to the dealership. The dealership provided me with a new battery, but a month later, the car wouldn't start without a jump. More recently, on February 21, the car shut off on me again while I was driving on ***. I had to tow it off the highway and back to the dealership. To my disappointment, the dealership refused to give me a different vehicle and instead claimed that I voluntarily wanted to repossess the car. Despite my repeated requests to speak with their general manager, I was unable to do so until March 1. Finally, the general manager agreed to lend me a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. However, when I received the loaner car, I was appalled by its condition. There were stains everywhere, trash on the floor, and even other people's personal belongings inside, including an obituary. I have made numerous calls to the dealership to complain, but I have yet to receive any sort of apology or an offer for a different loaner vehicle. This whole situation has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration, and I simply want it to be resolved.
