I have been using Dilling Heating & Cooling for a while now. I am very happy with their technicians and office staff. the are always friendly and cheerful. Their work is excellent. I have referred them to all my family and friends.

We needed a new unit. Had several quotes. But by far what set this company apart from the other ones was the personable hometown comfort. Jordan and Andrew were professional and very courteous. Will definitely tell everyone I know about this company

Dilling Heating and Cooling is a very professional HVAC company they go above and beyond to maintain or repair your HVAC unit. Tyler the technician that did our Spring tune up and replaced a part on our unit did an excellent job we were very satisfied.

They arrived on time. I was sent a text with a photo of my technician. When he (Wes) arrived he was very professional and courteous. He did a very good job and ask if I had any questions for him. He thanked me before he left for me doing business with the company.

The technican was early before the appointment which is a good sign. He was safety-conscious wearing a mask and practicing social distancing which was also a positive. He answered the questions that I had and showed me areas of improvement in my system. He was friendly, professional, and thorough.

Called today...they came out today! Unable to make correction today but will be back! Impeccable service just like every time I call! Technician had a great demeanor and explained the problem and the fix so I could understand! Have been my HVAC for many many years and have never had a reason to complain

Dilling Heating & Cooling did a wonderful job talking about the company and the owner and the equipment they offer, as well as the warranty and service they provide. Very respectful Man! The technicians were very respectful nice guys. They are good. I was watching very Fast installing did a Great job! I would recommend them to everyone one!

This company provides excellent customer service, from the first time you call to the very last interaction. Their technicians are top notch professionals, their prices are competitive with others. I made the switch to Dilling about 4 years ago and have not regretted it. You do not find customer service like they provide anywhere else!

We have been will Dilling for over 20 years. We would use no one else. When we moved into our house in 2004 we had the furnace die right away. We called Dilling and they built our new furnace from scratch. This time the ancient AC unit had some problems during inspection. Time for a new one. With Dilling we feel comfortable with whatever they recommend.

Technician called within the appointment window and arrived onsite within said window. Was courteous, efficient, competent and thorough. Explained his findings and correct response. Closed with explaining documentation, email etc. We thanked him and expressed safety to him on the road out there. Very good experience. Dilling is a top rate company in my book.

Today Ronnie installed a "tent" at the entrance to the attic to insulate the attic from the upstairs. Outstanding piece of equipment and professional installation at a reasonable price. Ronnie is most professional and knowledgeable and really cares about the customer. Always most most pleasant and a pleasure to see. Most highly recommend Ronnie and Dilling Heating and Cooling. Andy

We are beyond pleased with this company. John, the sales consultant is knowledgeable and helpful. Mike and Dave installed the unit and are professional and personable. They stayed until the job was done. They recognized an issue and addressed it. Tim went beyond and above when we ran into a floor issue. All of these guys are awesome. The unit is pretty awesome too. We highly recommend this company.

These guys are top notch at what they do. I was very pleased with the process. From the estimate to the finished job only a short time later. I would recommend dillings heating an air every time. Also I may add that they are considerably cheaper than the nearest competition by far. But that doesn't compromise on quilts at all, give these guys a call for all your heating and air needs an you will not be disappointed.

I would also like to add that everyone, from the call center representatives, the installation crew and the technicians on Dilling's team seems to be dedicated to providing a good product and impeccable customer service. I am very happy to have such a great business providing my heating and air.

Tate, Technician was most professional and honest. I have 3 units the way my house is designed. One of the units Friday was low on refrigerant and the evaporator is leaking. Dilling Heating & Cooling immediately filed a claim with the manufacturer because they are famous for a leaking evaporator core. They may buy the part or deny the claim. Doesn't matter. Dillon did all they could to help me. Unit is almost 10 years old and unfortunately whatever manufacturer you choose the life on the a/c is 9-12 years which is disgusting. Everything is made by our great friend China. Will decide to either replace the evaporator core or replace the system which is a 4 ton. Will do what Kirby O advises. He helped me so much 2 years ago replacing a worthless heat pump system with a top grade system. He can engineer a system and the results were perfect. When I bought this house in July the owners went with a heat pump. I had 9 ducts and 80% of the air flow was going to 4 ducts. Kirby relocated the location of the unit and replaced all the duct work and it is perfect. Great HVAC people are almost impossible to find!
