Mixed Experiences at Firehouse Subs
As someone who appreciates a good sub, I must say my experiences at Firehouse Subs have been quite mixed. While some visits left me satisfied with the generous portions and flavorful subs, others were disappointing due to slow service, lackluster ingredients, and unimpressive customer service. One particular instance stands out where my veggie sub turned out to be a slimy mess with missing vegetables and soggy peppers. It's disheartening when a place with potential falls short on consistency and quality. Despite the occasional positive experiences, the inconsistency in service and food quality makes it hard to wholeheartedly recommend Firehouse Subs.

Tried 4 times to send SMS to my phone and get nothing. Complete waste of time. Food is good though..
New Special
LOVE your idea of putting cole slaw on a sandwich...but you have to know how to make real pulled pork that should be somewhat stringy, not soft and mushy like yours. Keep trying!

Great Sub
Food was excellent. It was fresh right to order and in a timely manner. I will be definitely dining in again.

Great food and service at the Cranberry Twp location. Very friendly and helpful and the restrooms were very clean!

Firehouse Subs: Delicious Hook & Ladder Sandwich and Welcoming Atmosphere
The sandwich I ordered was the Hook & Ladder, which was piled high with turkey, ham, and melted Monterey Jack cheese. The bread was toasted to perfection and had just the right amount of crunch. The veggies were fresh and crisp, and the mayo and mustard added the perfect amount of tanginess. It was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time!
The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. The decor was simple but tasteful, with firehouse-themed artwork and memorabilia on the walls. There were plenty of tables and chairs, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.
Overall, I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.
Poor Service and Unappetizing Food at Firehouse Subs
Firehouse Subs is a place where you can get some good food, but sometimes the service is not so great. We went there and ordered a bowl of chili, but it looked old and not very appetizing. The crew seemed to be more interested in having fun than doing their job properly. We asked the manager, Maria Vasquez, if we could exchange it for something else, but she said no. We couldn't believe it! Who would make a phone call to ask for permission to exchange a $3 bowl of chili? It was ridiculous. We had to demand a refund, which she finally did, but she didn't give us any explanation and just had a smirk on her face the whole time. It was really frustrating and we don't think we'll be going back there anytime soon.
Disappointing Meatball Sub from Firehouse Subs: A Review
I recently got a delivery from Firehouse Subs and boy was I excited when I heard a knock at my door and saw my meatball sub waiting for me! The marinara sauce and cheese looked so good, I couldn't wait to take a bite. But when I did, I was disappointed. The sandwich looked great, but it didn't have much flavor. It was pretty bland, to be honest.
My suggestion to Firehouse Subs is to go to a real pizza shop and watch what they do. Then, do that! Make a meatball that tastes great by itself. Have you ever tasted Sbarro's tomato sauce? Even Pizza Hut's sauce beats yours by far. Please, Firehouse Subs, taste your own product and compare it to others.
Overall, I was let down by my Firehouse Subs experience. The sandwich looked amazing, but it didn't deliver in terms of taste. I hope they take my suggestions to heart and improve their meatball sub.
Disappointing Service at New Firehouse Subs Location in Brooklyn
So, I went to the new Firehouse Subs location in Brooklyn twice, and I gotta say, it wasn't the best experience. The sandwich I got was a medium one for $10, and while the quality was good, the service was lacking. The people working behind the counter didn't seem to be on the same page, and it showed in the lag in their greeting. There were two people working and two standing there looking confused about what to do. It took longer than it should have to get my sandwich, and then I had to sit and wait with one other customer. To make matters worse, my name wasn't called for the bag that was sitting there for 10 minutes. I'm hoping they can iron out the wrinkles, but I'm not sure if I want to give them a third chance to find out.
Disappointing Experience at Firehouse Subs in Vegas: Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff
I recently visited Firehouse Subs at 9555 S Eastern in Vegas and unfortunately, my experience was not up to par with my previous visits to other locations. The service was not great and the staff was not as friendly or professional as I had come to expect from Firehouse Subs.
The shift lead and sub maker were extremely rude and unprofessional towards me, even going as far as telling me "YOU DON'T NEED TO COME BACK". This was a shock to me as I had never experienced such behavior from Firehouse Subs staff before.
To make matters worse, my order was taking too long and I had a driver waiting for me. After over 15 minutes of waiting and being the only customer there, I asked for a refund. The shift lead told me that they did not know how to do refunds, which was confirmed by the owner. In the end, I was given a coupon for a free sub.
I was disappointed with my experience at this location as every other Firehouse Subs I have been to has been amazing. This location needs to work on their customer service and professionalism.
Firehouse Subs on Walton Way: Fresh, Delicious, and Great Value
I've been to Firehouse Subs on Walton Way a bunch of times, and let me tell you, the subs are always on point. They don't skimp on the portions, so you're getting your money's worth. And the ingredients are always fresh, which is a big deal for me. I'm not a big fan of onions, so I like that I can customize my sub to my liking. And let me tell you, the cheese on these subs is just perfect. It melts all over the meat and just makes everything taste so good.
Sometimes I'll order a 12-inch sub so I can have two lunches out of it. But honestly, a 6-inch sub is plenty for one meal, so you're getting a good value either way. And don't even get me started on the cookie bundles. The oatmeal raisin cookies are my jam. They're so soft and fresh-tasting, and you can actually see the raisins and oatmeal in them. I could eat a whole bunch of them, but I know that would probably put me in a food coma!
Overall, I highly recommend this location. The food is always good, the service is great (everyone's always smiling), and the place is super clean. If you're in the mood for a sub that hits the spot, Firehouse Subs is the way to go.
Firehouse Subs Delivers the Best Meatball Sub in Greenville, NC!
I just had the most amazing experience with Firehouse Subs! I ordered a meatball sub from Doordash.com and decided to go all out by getting extra meat and cheese with the combo salad. Let me tell you, this was hands down the best meatball sub I have ever had in Greenville, NC. There are two locations in town, one on W. Arlington and another on 205 SE Greenville Blvd, but I always order from the one on 1852 West Arlington Blvd through Doordash.com.
The meatball sub was prepared so nicely and tasted absolutely delicious. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the cheese was melted to perfection. I couldn't get enough of it! And the salad was so fresh and crisp, it was the perfect complement to the sub. This was actually my first time trying the salad, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they included the salad dressing too. It was so good, I loved it!
Overall, I am extremely pleased with my order from Firehouse Subs. If you're a fan of subs like I am, then you definitely need to give this place a try. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
Disappointing Experience at Firehouse Subs: Soggy Subs and Missing Cookies
I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out after my experience at Firehouse Subs. I mean, you're shelling out more than 13 bucks for a 12-inch sub, and what do you get? A soggy mess, that's what. The bottom of both subs was so mushy that I had to chuck part of it in the trash. It was straight-up nasty, man.
And that's not even the worst part. We also ordered two cookies for 99 cents each, but they were nowhere to be found. We had to call and get a refund on our card, which was a total hassle. I mean, come on, Firehouse Subs, get your act together!
I used to work in food service and hotel restaurant management for over 15 years, so I know a thing or two about how to make a decent sandwich. And let me tell you, heating up certain subs just makes them even more disgusting and soggy. It's a real shame, because I had high hopes for Firehouse Subs.
To make matters worse, I asked for low-cal mayo on my sub and I couldn't even taste it. What's the point of offering a healthier option if you're not going to deliver on it? I think I'll stick with Subway from now on.
I've included a picture of what the bottom of our subs looked like, and I have the receipt to prove that we got them from the Fort Worth location of Firehouse Subs. Trust me, I won't be going back there anytime soon.
Disappointing Experience with Firehouse Subs: Late, Incorrect, and Unorganized Order for Office Lunch Meeting
I done ordered nine different sandwiches and a salad from Firehouse Subs for a big ol' office lunch meeting. I put in the order at 7:30 in the morning and said I'd come pick it up at 11:00. Well, I got there at 11:10 and they still ain't finished putting them together! Finally, they give me a bag and say "here's your sandwiches." But when I asked about the salad and chips and cookies I done ordered, they had to go find them.
Then, when I got to the meeting to hand out the sandwiches, there weren't no numbers or initials on them. I done personalized most of them, so it was a real headache trying to figure out who got what. And to top it all off, I done ordered a cheese steak with no peppers, but guess what? They put peppers on it anyway! And there weren't no utensils for the salad or no napkins in the bags.
We done ordered from Firehouse Subs for lunch meetings before, but after this mess, I ain't doing it no more. I'll drive all the way to Winter Haven if I have to. The only one who seemed to know what was going on was the Manager, and even when I called her to complain, all she said was "sorry." Well, sorry ain't good enough, Firehouse Subs! This store is a real mess.
Disappointing Experience at Firehouse Subs in Timonium, MD - Incorrect Order and Poor Customer Service
So, I went to Firehouse subs in Timonium Maryland today, February 24th. I was really craving a Pastrami sandwich on whole wheat with ONLY lettuce, mushrooms, pickle on the side, GREEN PEPPERS and YELLOW mustard, and I mean YELLOW mustard. Absolutely NO cheese. NO ONION. But, when I got my sandwich, it was not what I asked for. They put spicy deli mustard on there with onion and did not put the green peppers on it. I had to go back in. They took an absolutely long enough time to make the 1st sandwich and there was hardly anyone in there eating. That sandwich had pastrami with no fat on it which I liked.
I took it back in for them to remake it, but they still did not understand what I wanted. They had to go get someone from the back who could understand me. Finally, I got my sandwich, and I was excited to go home and eat it. But, when I opened it up, I was disappointed to see that they added some pinkish colored meat with loads of fat. I mean, what the heck? I will never shop there again, and I am a retired 1st responder.
I do have my receipt, and I could take photos of it, but it's not worth my time to do it. But, it was worth it for me to write this review. The 1st time I went there, there were white men working in there, and they knew exactly what I wanted. This was my 2nd time, and there were foreigners in there who could not understand a word I was saying, and I could not understand them. I mean, come on, Firehouse subs, get your act together. I just want a simple sandwich, and you can't even get that right.

Firehouse Subs receipt has no validation code for adding points
I visited Firehouse Subs @ 2413 N Greenwich Rd in Wichita Ks on 8/9/2024 and forgot to give them my rewards info at checkout, but did request a receipt so I could submit afterwards. Upon logging in this morning to add my points, I noticed my receipt has no validation code. Is this franchise not part of the rewards network anymore? How do I get these points added to my account. Attached is a copy of my receipt.
Thanks,
Joe Becker

Firehouse Subs might have left you with a good sandwich but no way to claim your rewards. Could’ve been worse — you caught it before those points slipped away entirely. Time to get them to sort out that missing validation code so you can enjoy those rewards.

I ordered a medium steak & cheese sub on wheat today 08/24/23 @ 1244pm.
First, It was missing the pickle on the side and the sub was sub par in flavor
and being a steak & cheese was only luke warm.
I was suprised bc the steak & cheese in addition to all your other subs I've had are usually very very good. I know it was a busy time at lunch, but was disappointed in the quality of taste of this steak & cheese sub, the bread was somewhat stale *and missing the pickle as well. Even though they asked me if I wanted the pickle too, which I did.

Sub made incorrectly.
This happened yesterday around 6pm. at the Easley, S.C. location. I ordered three medium subs. Two were correct, one was not. This is not the first time this has happened. You cannot call them as they never answer the phone and it always rolls over to automated answering, telling you to call back later. In addition to not being able to communicate by phone, the mobile serfice went down. We eat at Firehouse quite frequently so this is frustating when the order is made incorrectly.
Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for the price of the medium turkey and provilone cheese that was incorrectly made.

Firehouse subs make good product. However this is turning good thing about them in my 12 month experience. Their customer service answers phone but doesn’t nothing to rectify a problem. If they promise to refund or grant points - forget about it, not happening. If they offer a promo - 2 times in a row by now - it is a fake one, for they don’t honor it, and they dont react to you complaining about it. I feel the business is not honest and / or responsive. I will not be coming back.
