I have been unable to get the information from case workers about how to stop child support because I am non custodial parent. My ex and my son were both being supported by MY, Yes I said MY dad (since 2013 til 2019) yet my ex husband had me on child support. My dad moved in with my ex and paid all the bills and for my son. The only reason he did this was to be close to my son because my ex is vindictive. My dad should have been getting the money not my ex. I tried to tell everyone I talked to at child support and no one would help me or direct me in what I needed to do to stop this. I couldn't afford a lawyer or even the documents after child support and gas money and feeding my other kids. I am still on CSE paying arrears. I want this nightmare to end and no one will help. Desired outcome: Frank agreed to call family law and ask them to forgive my debt. But from what I hear we have to wait for a judge to decide. I just need this to be over now. Help
