GrubHub Delivery drivers!!!

The drivers of grub hub are thieves! I order food from wendy's, burger king and other places and got half of my order on many occasions. The last time I placed an order I watched on my security camera as a young (maby 13 year old) kid! Get out of a white suv fro the passenger side run to my door and sneak to place my food in front of my door.
He never rang my bell or even knocked, he turned and ran! Back to the suv jumped in and speed off. After checking my bag, I realized half my order was missing. After calling the restaurant back I learned they sent the full order but the driver and his little friend has stolen my food... Thank you micheal, I hope you and you friend enjoyed my son's burgers!
Oh yeah the drivers forget the we have their name and numbes!

GrubHub Driver

Tulsa delivery to 450 W 7th St Tulsa OK t approximately 8:15pm on 8/14/21 drive in a red Toyota Corolla tag number JZK-513 parked in a No Parking zone across the entry drive on a sidewalk that can not bear the weight of an auto. I am a director on the property and I went outside and told him he couldn't park there and told him to move his car but he blatantly ignored me. I then again instructed the driver to move the vehicle but he refused. I called the security guard and while I was gone he told one of our employees I was crazy. Our employee then told him I was correct he needed to move his car. Our employee is a witness to the incident.

Desired outcome: Driver and car never come to this property again. If I do I will tell everyone I know how bad your customer service is.

GrubHub Chat support

I received multiple calls from a number at very early hours. When I called the number back it was Grubhub. I started a chat and the advisor Hugo said that he will look
Into the calls. After a while came back and told me those numbers were not from Grubhub. I told him yes they where and all he needed to do was call to see that they were Grubhub recordings. He told me he could not call and basically told me if there was anything else I needed. I told him he did not solve the problem and he continued to brushed me off. Awful service. His name was Hugo MM

GrubHub Wrong food and driver left the food in the rain not following instructions

I ordered from alliotos in etna. Simple order. Ordered two gyros got two club sandwiches. Dillivery instructions were to place on covered sode porch because it was storming. My food was left on uncovered front porch drenched. Driver said he could not find side porch. Which is on the side. Side walk takes you there Just the worst. Never again. You suck. Your drivers suck.

GrubHub Service

Four out of 5 orders I've placed through Grub Hub has been missing food. The problem is that they only give a refund, they don't send someone else or the same delivery person to go back to get the missing items and deliver it. The messed up part is that you have to pay the tip before the service is provided and if you really want the missing items you have to go back to the app and pay another delivery fee to get the items you already paid to have delivered. It takes them 5 business days to refund your money, it's not right for a customer pay twice to get items that should have been delivered the first time. The delivery person doesn't read what the customer ordered, they just pick up what's there. I know because this last time, I ordered two drinks and only received one. The drinks don't go in the bag with the food. They don't accept responsibility for the problem, they blame the restaurant. If they are providing a delivery service, they should be making sure the order is complete. I feel a delivery service should go back to get the missing items and deliver them to the customer, not everyone wants a refund and it doesn't resolve the problem. I have told them every time, I feel that I've given them plenty of warnings and will no longer be using their service. I have Cancer and unable to drive to get my own food, I can't eat a refund. I hope and pray that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

GrubHub Delivery

I, had an order yesterday and it arrived at about 5:18pm but my receipt says it was picked up at 3:27.
My sandwich was hot, the bread hard.
I, ordered 2 coke's and only got one, it was hot.
If there are not enough drivers then there should be a way to cancel and not get hit with a fee.
This was ridiculous and I will never use Grubhub again.

GrubHub Membership and promo

I am reporting GrubHub because I had tried to place the order on the web app and the merchant blocked me and because the merchant blocked me they disconnected my membership they're going to tell me now that I can use my membership on the 2nd of August and now I'm being told that my membership was canceled and I can't use them to shop they investigated they escalated and everything and it's still telling me they got an escalated again this thing going on for three days I try to use membership the other day and I use a promo code that was given to me and my promo code was taken for me because the merchant blocked me and when I report it to grow up they said they're going to look into it but because it was black my membership got disconnected now they telling me to membership expired August 1st and that's a lie because it's not even August 1st it is July 31st so I am reporting GrubHub because if they don't resolve it or try to refund me any type of way I'm going to report it to the courts and the local authorities and we're going to take this to court and I'm also going to put it on Nationwide news all over and make GrubHub shut down I already reported them to better bureau and I will report them again

Desired outcome: 1 month free membership and a promo or a promo and get back my membership for the days I missed

GrubHub Drivers eating and drinking and touching your food and don't really care if you know or not!

Hello -

This is the second time that I placed an order with Panera through Grub Hub, and the bag was opened. Both times the bags had tape on them however they were open. This time the bread was not inside of the usual separate smaller bakery bag, but tossed on top of the order and it had bite marks!

Not safe or healthy with or without the pandemic!

What is going on
Do you vet your employees, continuously?
No way to run a business

GrubHub Customer Serive

This GRUBHUB driver is the absolute worst driver I have even experienced. She is an over weight woman who was very disrespectful and rude. My food seemed to have been rummaged through and one of my neighbors informed me that she nearly ran them into the median while driving. Zero starts if I could.

GrubHub driver being treaated unfair

I have been driving for this company going on now for 4 years and it has gotten worst over the years and when you call customer service or driver care those people are so disrespectful and very rude . They will hang up on the drivers . They wont listen to anything the driver has to say . Just like I called in only because my screen show blank ( nothing or no words and no dates ) when they send out notices about Blocks or message . I had called in and I was disrespected so bad by those people in the office it was crazy . I want something done and I would love to have all those people fired but I know that wont happen .

Desired outcome: I want apologize from all those employees but i want this fix so I can get blocks

GrubHub Bamboo gardens restaurant

I ordered a meal from
bamboo gardens in brick nj.
The order was lobster meat..
Scallops and shrimp.
The lobster was imitation.
I had requested the white sauce be substituted with brown sauce.
The sauce was not substituted.
It was very disappointing.
I would like a credit for the meal

Desired outcome: CREDIT FOR THE MEAL $16.99 PLUS $50 CENTS FOR THE SAUCE

GrubHub Advertising and accepting orders for my business without consent

Grubhub will periodically publish my restaurant's menu inclusive of our logo and accept orders even though we are not partnered with grub hub. They will remove our restaurant to only put it live a few days later. We have confused customer and drivers and there has been no resolution. They just keep adding it back on with a sorry. I'm tired of losing money; they are thieves.

Desired outcome: Remove my listing

GrubHub Undelivered food

Yesterday was the 3rd time GrubHub did not deliver an entire order.

They missed a main course yesterday from Murphy's Indianapolis.

In the past few months another main course was missing from Texas Margarita Indianapolis.

And a year ago a main course and two appetizers were not delivered from Little India Indianapolis.

I appreciate your service for all the meals you've delivered.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement for missing meals.

GrubHub Food not deliver

We made an order at work on Friday may 7 for chipotle at 12:58pm. We received a message that Sandra will deliver at 2:15, seriously. Then we got a message at 2 the order was canceled because someone else pick up the food and chipotle could not re do our order. Seriously. I'm diabetic, almost pass out. Is not ok. Disappointed

GrubHub Delivery Service

I ordered a shake with my meal and what do I receive...in the COVID Era...I received a partially drank shake seal folded under the top of the lid on both sides. This is a health concern as a former food Quality Manager. I am going to report this incident to the FDA, USDA and CDC as this needs to be evaluated. This is a pandemic and your business just showed it can be a problem and should be shutdown if control can't be maintained.

GrubHub food delivery service

On 4/22/21, I placed two separate lunch orders with GrubHub (from two different restaurants) in Lafayette, LA. The driver (same driver for both orders) did not deliver either order b/c he was unable to reach me by phone. He said he called me 5 times; however, my phone never rang. When I tried to explain that he must have called the wrong phone number, he became irate and hung up on me. I tracked my order online, which indicated that the order had been delivered. I called driver back and asked where he delivered my order. He said that he gave it to the homeless. My husband then called him for more information. The driver handed the phone to another person in his vehicle (a female) who was screaming at my husband and wanted to meet/fight me (the wife). I called GrubHub and made the complaint. GrubHub indicated that my two orders would be refunded. I certainly hope that this driver does not behave to anyone else the way he behaved with my husband and me. This was the bad behavior of only one driver; however, this incident makes me never want to order with GrubHub again.

I sit here and read all these complaints and as I am a driver for this horrible company and I can do is say I am so sorry you had want thru this but I will say this company needs to shut down all together . I had worked for them going on 4 years and I am a shame to admit that to this day . But as a driver I can say we get mistreated by that company . Like if call them to get ahold of the customer the call center will be so rude to use and disrespectful. But once we call for help tp get ahold of the customer they will mark the order and it will disappear from out screen so all information is gone . But it doesn't give the right of the driver to steal the order so again all I can do is apologize for the behavior from other driver .

GrubHub Grubhub driver

I ordered food 4/21/2021 from a chinese restaurant in Norfolk, VA. The driver, Wendell, kept delaying my order. When he finally delivered my food, he texted me to let me know he left it on the front doorstep (my preference on the website). I responded with a "Thank you!" It took me a couple minutes to get to the door and open it, but when I did, Wendell was still standing there holding my food. He then tried to walk past me into the entryway (shared apartment doorway with upstairs). After getting inside with my food, Wendell then texted me "np cutie" This is extremely unprofessional and made me disgustingly uncomfortable. I just want to make sure I don't get him as a delivery driver again.

GrubHub Delivery

I placed an order from Burger King on 4/16/2021. I stated that the driver ring the bell when he arrived. He did not! As a result my food sat outside for I don't know how long, until I checked the status of my order and was told my food had arrived. Needless to say my food was ice cold & my drinks were warm! Don't think I will be using GrubHub anymore! I was also told that I would receive a $10. discount off my total at check-out which I never received.

GrubHub delivery of alcohol

My 58 year old brother, Mitchell Dauterive is a customer of Grub Hub through delivery of food and alcohol. He is a serious alcoholic and suffers from black out, seizures, loss of job and income, loss of marriage and nearly all friendship relationships, and is very near homelessness and destitution. He is only able to continue drinking because your app delivers vodka to him at his current home in Sherman Oaks California. ( As he is too drunk to make a trip to the liquor store and purchase for himself)

After years of abusing alcohol and several attempts previous he admitted himself twice in the last week of March to a rehab facility in Los Angelos with a blood alcohol level of .43 and .38. As you must know these levels can cause death.

I am questioning your driver abilities to detect intoxication. He lives alone and admits to drinking around the clock, not showering or changing clothes for weeks, and drinking straight Vodka from the bottle constantly while awake. I have been on the phone with him, (noting his slurred speech and irrational thoughts) when your drivers have delivered alcohol to him and left Vodka regardless of his obvious impairment.

I am requesting your app/company to stop delivering alcohol to him at his home address of 4715 Buffalo Ave. Sherman Oaks Ca. You are simply helping him to die from alcohol related illnesses.

My family would appreciate your immediate attention to this urgent matter.
