Today I went to IHOPE located at 588 S. Alafaya TR, Orlando, FL 32823. I placed my order from the senior 55+ menu and I asked for the pancake in my order to be exchanged for a French toast, however; I was charged $3,00 for the swap, asked for scrambled well done and received a scrambled full of white, which grossed me out, unable to eat it. A cup of coffee, and the bill was for $16.48. When I asked the waitress, (Melissa) why that amount she told me she had charged me for the swap of the pancake which I always to it at other IHOPE with no extra charge. This amount is more than the regular Manu prices. I disagree with the charge, but the waitress kind of had an attitude, I told her the scrambled egg was bad, not what I had asked for. She said that's the total, which I never got the receipt with the break of the items. She walked away like she did not care and went to a different table to talk to the customers which it looks like she knew them. This is not acceptable. Did not even offer to speak to a manager. This is the first time it happens. Very dissatisfied customer.
